I was here on business so just popped in and they took me right away. Very gentle pedicure. I would definitely be a regular if I lived here.

We loved our experience here.... I had 3 kids with me.... They did an amazing job on my nails... My daughter got acrylics for the first time and they were perfect.... My 4 year old while we were there wanted her nails done so they even took the time to paint hers!!! They were slammed the whole time... They were awesome I will happily be returning... No they don't take cards but that's not the biggest deal ever My experience was amazing! read more

Michael and his wife do an excellent job! They do get extremely busy, but it's worth the wait! I have Michael the owner do mine and he's been doing my nails and eyebrows for over 20 years! If you want your nails to last then this is the place for you! read more

Terrible. Told my mother (whom previously had a big box tv fall on her feet and now has damage to her toe nails) "you need medicine for this, Lots of it." And when me and my sister had told them we didn't appreciate them talking to our mother in that way they laughed in our faces then over charged my sister 10 dollars?? (2 pedicures = $60 and nail polish and a paint comes to $12 I believe?) ended up paying $82. Would not recommend this place. Unacceptable. read more

Boooo!!! First I asked how long the wait would be and was just told to sit down. Then half way through my pedicure the owner came back and scolded me harshly for not signing in and said if I don't sign in next time I won't be served. What?? Then to top it all off I went to pay and they wouldn't accept my credit card. Had to send my sister across the street to the ATM to get cash for me. The only saving grace was the technician who did my nails, he was very nice. Otherwise, what was supposed to be an enjoyable experience turned out to be very stressful. read more

Ew this place is just nasty the lady did my nails wrong and this lady was rude to me!!!!!?

They never have more than 3 people working, and they take over three hours to get to you. I give the nails a 5.7/10 because the nails are never even, the extra gel is never taken off, and they dig into your skin while working. So, it's my birthday, and I wanted to get a lacquer manicure. Worst mistake I've made. I had to use an English translator to explain what I wanted because the person doing my nails didn't have any grasp on the English language to understand what I wanted. During the process, I would notice there were small hairs left from the brush and I pointed them out. The technician painted right over them. After he was done, there was uneven thick tips with an extraordinary amount of paint under the nails and all over the cuticles. These nails are promising not to last a week, but this time I won't go the Top Nails in Hopkinsville again. read more

My toenail polish change was good, but the shellac on my fingernails was terrible. The guy doing it was shaking the whole time and got the shellac all over my cuticles. That ruins it right there. You may as well kiss your money goodbye when he shellac is on the skin. Waste of money for that cause within the first week my polish was peeling. Will never get shellac from them again. I was never greeted when I walked in. When I went to go look at the shellac colors on the wall, I was told by one of the male nail techs to not do that. People, there has to be way too many other good places to go to put up with this! read more

Cash or check only. Nails ended up okay. I got gel and the color pilled off of 3 nails 3 days later. I asked for short nails and for them to be filed, but my request was ignored. Did a great job on waxing my eyebrows though. read more

My mother went in for the first time. She has never gotten her nails done before but her experience with this shop was terrible. She came in to get her nails done and was seated and was actually getting worked up on. But when a regular customer comes in,the Nail tech who was working on my mother stopped what he was doing to help the regular customer and attempted to have my mother have a seat and wait. By this time the owner saw what was happening and intervened. The nail tech work on my mom and finished her up. But she felt like she was being rushed and he was being rude the whole entire experience. Again this is her first time being in a nail salon. Once he was done he didn't cut her nails down like she requested and he just told her to have a seat by the dryer. My mom has never been to a nail salon and did know your suppose to put your hands under the UV lights until she saw someone else doing the same thing. The tech was just rude and made her feel like she wasn't important enough for him to take his time with her. It seems to me they do take in walk-ins but will take the regulars over the walk-ins even if the walk-ins were first. I will not recommend this shop to anyone else. I will be taking her to another salon somewhere else. read more
