My main issue is their stock, typically it seems to be not only outdated...but not filled either. A lot seems to be out of stock, and they seem to not have the new stuff. But aside from that, it's honestly a perfectly acceptable establishment. Relatively clean, nice workers, it's definitely got a big parking lot while ALSO being big inside the store. There's even a Redbox outside, if that's your thing. For me, this store is a perfectly reasonable stop if you're wanting to. Especially if you're a regular. But with the other options right across the street, I'd say just go there. But I'm not mad at this place at all. Just a bit underwhelmed and dissatisfied.

There was a line of at least 10 people. I go back and take of a picture of the sign. I walked to the front of the the line to a lady not ringing people up. I showed her the sign. She says, sorry you're confused because the salesmen ended on the 1st, like gaslighting me into I'm confused. I then said you should have given me buy one get one. The sign was up. She said to go stand in line again to get it. Why wasnt she ringing people up? Why are signs still up 11 days past the sale? Why would you gaslight a customer (a veteran on veterans day no less)? You should have apologized and given me the other bag of popcorn! Is there even at this store? If so, your store is a hot mess and you should be ashamed of your staff. Never again. Fred meyer is across the street and cheaper. When y'all go out if business like rite aid, this is why.

Unfortunately I do not have a lot of choices where to shop because Rite Aid has a lock on Medicare covered prescriptions in this town. Consider me as being a disgruntled customer that wishes I had more shopping options than having no choice but to shop at this store. The Seaside Rite Aid pharmacist informed me that according to their computer, the Advair disc I needed was in stock in Warrenton and I drove 36 miles round trip to that Rite Aid location only to learn they don't stock it and never have, as it is special order only! Hopefully a company like Amazon will get into the pharmacy business as they know who the customer is and how to give prompt service. Maybe Rite Aid should reconsider their business model as what is offered does not work! I expected more from a national company and look forward to the day that this store closes when some other pharmacy opens and delivers service with a good attitude.

Got a chance to check out Peninsula Pharmacy. I was actually looking for postcards as I'm a collector of postcards and magnets wherever I travel to. However, their postcards weren't to my liking, but I still walked around the place to see what goodies I can find. I bought 3 pairs of socks... avocados, buzzing bees, and crackling octopus. SO CUTE! It's a nice pharmacy that not only sells pharmacy stuff, but all sorts of other stuff. However, when I was there lingering around the socks for so long because I could not decide, I felt I was being watched by one of the women who works there. Just a feeling I got... you just know when someone has an eye on you LOL. I'm not referring to the romantic way LOL. Anyway, I had to quickly decide otherwise they might have gotten more suspicious of my intent. All I wanted to do was to pick the best designs. It's not like I was going to run out with them socks without paying LOL. I always pay for my goods. Anyhoo, do drop on by when you're in Long Beach, WA. Perhaps you'll pick up a pair of socks or two. Just don't linger LOL. Happy Shopping!

Being told to walk all the…read moreway back out to a bus stop just to throw away a tissue--especially while accompanying my 85‑year‑old mother--is unreasonable. And when the store itself is dirty, cluttered, and clearly not being maintained, it makes that kind of treatment feel even more insulting. When a business expects customers to follow rules, they don't even uphold themselves, it erodes trust fast. You deserved basic courtesy, a clean environment, and a little common sense from the staff. As a business and not having a garbage for your customers is disgusting. Then once again to tell a customer to leave your property to throw something away is so disrespectful. I can't see or family ever wanting to use your business again. Do better

Secondly - I started watching Ted Lasso again this week, and I really want to be curious and not judgmental but damn this store really, really makes that hard. The parking lot is empty. Ok. thats fine, this should be easy then. I look all over for a waste basket as I walked a mile up with a coffee to get this passport photo after specifically looking online. If there is one thing I hate most in life is wasting my time with capitalism. Not a single waste basket in the parking lot. This area has been high foot traffic for neighborhood loitering - so maybe that makes sense. Upon entering - no waste basket. I really want to just litter in the store. There is no employee upfront. The photo section is in its usual place. This place is eerily silent. Did i literally jump from Ted Lasso to the Last of Us on my walk up here? I walk over towards the photo area and a guy in shorts and a shirt carrying a product says hello to me, like he works there. I think - wow - even the customers here are crazy. I get up to the photo area and a tumbleweed goes blowing by. (Not really, but it seemed like a scene in an old western. I notice that this photo area is tore up. There are consoles that have clearly been removed, but nothing has been touched up. The guy who belongs more at the beach than working in retail is now up at the front cash register milling about. I'm looking around for where the heck is the white background for the photo. I press the "i'm begging for someone to be paying attention to customers" button and the entire store is notified that oops, they did it again - and aren't doing their jobs. The wayward customer makes his way back over and asks me if I am picking something up. Now I deserve an award for holding back, because i really wanted to inquire as to why he felt it appropriate to report to work dressed like that without any professional indication he works there - but instead I skipped to - I'm here for a passport photo. "Oh thats been broken a long time". Hmmm. Ok. "Your website says you do them here." "(I don't remember what dumb words he said, because I just thought wow - this place has totally given up.) Sure Amazon and the online world have zapped the marketplace, but have some g'damn self respect to run a store worth visiting. Walgreens should immediately remove this location from their brand because one thing is evidently clear is that no one that works within these four walls gives a duck about anything. I thought for a minute that maybe the real employees were being held hostage in the back, and I ran into the evil, maniacal criminal mastermind in shorts working the heist out front - so if this makes the news tonight - oopsie. At least I got a decent walk in and got to think about this review on my way back for 23 minutes. I'm sorry Ted Lasso, I'll start over the Lasso Way tomorrow.

I remained on hold for 27 minutes. Worried I'd been forgotten but not wanting to lose my place in line I called from another phone where a man answered the phone immediately. I let him know I'd been on hold for 27 minutes to which he said "we're busy, we get to the phones when we can"?!?!?!?! Apparently not in the order that they'd recieved. Not even an apology or a promise to fix the issue. A couple wks ago I went through the drive thru to pic up a prescription. I had injured my leg and was driving my vehicle with disabled plates. I called before leaving my dr to make sure a prescription was ready. They said it would be ready in 30 min. I made the hour drive from Montesano and waited behind 6cars. When I got up to the window the women said it wasn't ready, it would be a couple minutes and I needed to drive around and wait in line again. Frustrated and in pain I told her I'd called then waited in the very long line. She advised me to just come in the store then. How completely insensitive. As I drove around as instructed i got a text saying my medication was ready. I waited behind 5 cars before getting my medication. I called on my way home and spoke to the store manager who apologized profusely.
