I have had incredibly frustrating and frankly disrespectful experience. Being told to walk all the way back out to a bus stop just to throw away a tissue--especially while accompanying my 85‑year‑old mother--is unreasonable. And when the store itself is dirty, cluttered, and clearly not being maintained, it makes that kind of treatment feel even more insulting. When a business expects customers to follow rules, they don't even uphold themselves, it erodes trust fast. You deserved basic courtesy, a clean environment, and a little common sense from the staff. As a business and not having a garbage for your customers is disgusting. Then once again to tell a customer to leave your property to throw something away is so disrespectful. First off. -3 stars is what this deserves. This not being able to at least give zero stars is a disservice to mathematics. Secondly - I started watching Ted Lasso again this week, and I really want to be curious and not judgmental but damn this store really, really makes that hard. The parking lot is empty. Ok. thats fine, this should be easy then. I look all over for a waste basket as I walked a mile up with a coffee to get this passport photo after specifically looking online. If there is one thing I hate most in life is wasting my time with capitalism. Not a single waste basket in the parking lot. This area has been high foot traffic for neighborhood loitering - so maybe that makes sense. Upon entering - no waste basket. I really want to just litter in the store. There is no employee upfront. The photo section is in its usual place. This place is eerily silent. Did i literally jump from Ted Lasso to the Last of Us on my walk up here? I walk over towards the photo area and a guy in shorts and a shirt carrying a product says hello to me, like he works there. I think - wow - even the customers here are crazy. I get up to the photo area and a tumbleweed goes blowing by. (Not really, but it seemed like a scene in an old western. I notice that this photo area is tore up. There are consoles that have clearly been removed, but nothing has been touched up. The guy who belongs more at the beach than working in retail is now up at the front cash register milling about. I'm looking around for where the heck is the white background for the photo. I press the "i'm begging for someone to be paying attention to customers" button and the entire store is notified that oops, they did it again - and aren't doing their jobs. The wayward customer makes his way back over and asks me if I am picking something up. Now I deserve an award for holding back, because i really wanted to inquire as to why he felt it appropriate to report to work dressed like that without any professional indication he works there - but instead I skipped to - I'm here for a passport photo. "Oh thats been broken a long time". Hmmm. Ok. "Your website says you do them here." "(I don't remember what dumb words he said, because I just thought wow - this place has totally given up.) Sure Amazon and the online world have zapped the marketplace, but have some g'damn self respect to run a store worth visiting. Walgreens should immediately remove this location from their brand because one thing is evidently clear is that no one that works within these four walls gives a duck about anything. I thought for a minute that maybe the real employees were being held hostage in the back, and I ran into the evil, maniacal criminal mastermind in shorts working the heist out front - so if this makes the news tonight - oopsie. At least I got a decent walk in and got to think about this review on my way back for 23 minutes. I'm sorry Ted Lasso, I'll start over the Lasso Way tomorrow. read more

I got some really cool drug deals here and I am not complaining. LOL . I was looking for a few supplements at Costco and they had been out for a few weeks now and Walgreens actually had those and there was a BOGO offer on almost everything I was looking for . I honestly thought that was a steal and if you are a reward member, even better . The Pharmacy staff is also friendly and quick and there are no long wait times , I called them to transfer an order in and the process was super smooth .They are not very well stocked for other Knick -knacks and the shelves are a little scattered around which is inconvenient but I do understand that they are also short-staffed like every other place these days . Parking is right out front and readily available most days . read more

Horrible customer service with the weekend manager Amy today. I have a few months to live from stage 4 cancer. Chemo ruined my hearing. I'm trying to find sound ampliphiers to hear my loved ones before I'm gone. Online showed them in stock. Couldn't find them. Asked Amy. She said online was innacurate. Very rude. Didn't try to help me find them at another store. Wouldn't even look at me and kept working when I tried to explain my health situarion with cancer. This location deserves a one star due to the fact half the workers are literal a$$hol3s. I'm sorry but I simply ask question about when and if they'll get things or if they will be put out and I get snarky comments making me feel so uncomfortable. It's truly so simple to just BE NICE. but yet some people still cannot do it. I just moved over here and so far all the stores around me should be poorly rated because of the poor customer service. This review actually applies to all the Walgreens. Their website, Instacart, is totally inaccurate. It will say there is a product available at a store, but when you call the store they don't have it. I gave it two stars because the employee at the store did check the inventory right away. I was just told by an employee that i could not use the restroom because they had been cleaned.... I purchased 7$ in gum and mints, and I can't use the bathroom? Why? Because your employees are lazy and dont want to clean them again? I go here to get the "real deal" in the way of pseudoephedrine (Sudafed's original ingredients) that you can't buy in Oregon. (you know, show photo ID and get a limited supply til 2-4 months later, or so I guess). They gave me my tax-free status being from Oregon (did not have to pay tax once I showed my ID). We got flu shots last year over here and the person who gave the shots was excellent. My husband demanded a lollipop after the shot and they were accommodating to him. (he is a punk, I was busy ignoring him at this point) Is right next to a True Value hardware store (Hi-School Hardware)....so you can't go wrong! read more

Went to the pharmacy to pick up a new prescription. Never been to this location before it was packed and understaffed. Proceeded to make my way to the Pharmacy, the pharmacist "Dani" was extremely rude and just wanted to "get me over with" type of mentality. I had just left my doctors appointment which was 2 blocks away and Dani questioned which Main Street I had my prescription sent to, being that this is the only Walgreens on Main Street I felt like Dani was asking out of spite. She then proceeded to say some sarcastic remark but I wasn't paying much attention to her at this point. To make matters more frustrating I had to call my doctor to have them "re-send" the prescription and as I finally got to the front of the line; Dani continued to keep a consistent RBF, and proceeded to tell me "she can't help me". I had a really, really poor experience at this location. I knew it had pretty low reviews, but what can go wrong with an online order, right? I was calling to try to find my ship-to-store item, as the shipper info said "in transit" for over a week. I talked to two people at the store, and the person in charge of the shipping area did not even attempt to help. She asked no questions at all, not.even.my.name or purchase number, just saying basically "we get what we get when we get it." I called the main Walgreens contact number, and after being on hold for an hour, the guy on the phone called the same location I had just spoken to. My package was there. I have no idea how long it had been there, having received no communication that my box had arrived, as is standard for Walgreens. When I went to pick up my item, I complained strongly about the lack of helpfulness when I had first called trying to find my package and ended up speaking to the same girl I talked to initially. She gave no apology whatsoever. She kept cutting me off, insisting it was a miscommunication. Nope. That's not a miscommunication. That is what happens when zero effort is applied to helping a customer. Bed enough for me to write a review, which I never do. read more

I am convinced that this location must be the state's slowest pharmacy. Understaffed, with long queues, and often delayed orders.

The cashier that helped me had an amazing attitude! She was very helpful and made me feel comfortable as the customer. The other staff were able to quickly help me find what I needed and guided me to it. In and out, just the way I like it. Called in the evening to ask if they had tegaderm to use on my fresh tattoo. While this product may not be well known, a simple "what is that used for?" may have been helpful. I told her where it may be located and she was super rude on the phone. She put me on hold to go "find" it after telling me she was, "pretty sure they don't carry that." She transferred me to someone else who again asked what I needed, rather than the two of them communicating. I told her I needed a product called tegaderm and that a variety of companies made it and again, where it could possibly be located. She put me on hold while she "looked" for ten seconds then picked up the phone to tell me they don't carry it. I hung up and found it on their website. Drove to this location the next morning and found it exactly in the spot I told the first girl it would probably be. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and expensive. If I didn't need this item in a pinch, I would have gone elsewhere. Don't shop at Walgreens. read more

Super-friendly ladies working there, on the floor and at cosmetics. Woman on the floor, very polite to me. I asked where I could find something but they don't carry it, but she helped enough to tell me which stores nearby might carry it. Cosmetics, she was helpful and friendly, so polite (southern accent - didn't catch her name). People working at this location deserve kudos for having to deal with more than half of the clientele who wander in, most likely just to use their public toilets... Here's why one star (sadly, I'd give zero, if that were possible): I recently had my daughter in the emergency department for facial wounds/stitches. She received IV antibiotics during the "repair," and went home with oral antibiotics. The next day her wound clearly was getting infected (all but expected, for the type of injury she incurred). Went back to the ED, received more broad-spectrum IV antibiotics, and went home late the next afternoon (today) with another oral prescription to continue her healing. The new oral medication was called in to this pharmacy. Everything seems to be going so smoothly, right?? ;) I received a robot phone call from this pharmacy (after getting home) that said essentially this: "There is a delay with your medication. You do not need to take any action. We will call you when your prescription is ready." Hours later, still no call... I call the pharmacy. Keep in mind, now it's bedtime for my kids and my baby clearly needs (and has already shown benefits gained by) this new prescription, which she received several doses of as an inpatient. I spoke to someone in the pharmacy who told me that no, the message didn't say that; they don't carry this drug at this Walgreens branch. This begs the question: would they ever have called me? Who knows. Sadly, the best choice in this situation -- hauling my 1-year-old out when she so desperately needs sleep -- is also the choice that benefits Walgreens the most. Unfortunately, their negligence is not only a huge source of dissatisfaction for a customer, it also created a situation that was detrimental for the patient, my baby. Since her infection was relatively aggressive, their negligence probably created a risk for re-admittance to the hospital. Perhaps more. The staff member I spoke to had no desire to troubleshoot this issue with me, which subsequently made me angry (I'm extremely low on sleep, also). So I decided to take the whistleblower approach and warn potential customers. Yay for Walgreens, you still made close to $100 -- for the second day in a row! -- on us. You even got one Yelp star when you deserve zero. I guess we can attribute that to the nice pharmacy tech at our replacement location. But, this location leaves much to be desired. I have been going to this Walgreens for several years now and each time I go in the staff has been helpful and nice. Some times the place is extremely busy and I don't expect the staff to have time to "chat" and neither should anyone else. They try to get to everyone as quickly as possible. Have notice some customers at these busy times get a bit irritated but that seems to be because they have no patience. Every one that works there still puts on a smile and helps the best they can and as fast as they can. Slower times, everything slows down and they take what ever time with you that you need.
