We panicked, took pictures and searched Yelp. Though Sam doesn't seem to keep up with Yelp, he DOES answer the phone. After hours! I told him the situation, he asked me to text him pictures. I sent the pics, called him back and he confirmed that yep...TV is not repairable. Why am I leaving a glowing review? He didn't get in his vehicle, drive over and charge me $200-400 like some other mobile technicians wanted to. He picked up the phone, was courteous and most important knowledgable, and he was also quick. IF I need mobile TV service, I'm calling Sam. And in this time, NO calls, responses, emails, texts, no information whatsoever only to have them call with this complete and utter garbage. Gordon assured me they would get to it in the next couple of weeks, so I decided to take his word for it and left the turntable with him. Several months went by, I called again.....was told they really were working on it and just give them a couple more weeks. Finally, after 3 years I had enough and went to pick my turntable up. Gordon was exceptionally rude, as if this was somehow my fault. I had left a $50 deposit when I first brought them the turntable....he initially refused to return that, telling me it was for teardown and inspection which I did not accept. He finally refunded that, but never apologized and rolled his eyes throughout our entire conversation. I wish I would've looked closer at my turntable while I was there....once I got home I realized the spindle was missing and all of the switches were junk (they were good when I left it with them, so I believe they swapped my good ones out with bad ones). These are terrible people, their shop is a dump and as you can see from other reviews they couldn't care less about their customers. Apparently Jerry the owner and his employee Gordon think people are idiots. Never, ever, ever again.

This chair is critical for her daily mobility. Someone at Batteries Plus in Woodstock recommended MarTech for micro soldering. I took the cord and remote and it was fixed in 2 hours. My understanding of micro soldering is taking a pen point sized spot on a microchip and attaching a smaller wire. This place is awesome. We left a voice message for him and he called right back. We told him what the TV was doing and he knew right away what the problem was. He came to our house, picked up the TV, repaired it and delivered it back to our home. His original estimate included what he thought he would have to order for a new part and we didn't even question it, but without even knowing it, he told us that our TV ended up not needing that particular part so he was honest up front and told us about it and didn't charge us for it.
