Hands down best service from Robert and the crew at Full Line Auto! I own a 5-Star (59 reviews on Yelp) company and know what good customer service looks like and what it takes. Let's be real.. Trying to find an honest auto mechanic is a pain.. I KNOW!! Out of all of the auto repair places I have been to through my life, this shop has been the most reliable and trustworthy I have ever found. I live by "trust but verify" and know a good bit about auto mechanics. Manager and auto expert Robert always fully explains and shows me exactly what happened so I know I'm not getting taken for. He provides and explains ALL available options. Trust me I've had my fair share of those shady types and FINALLY I find a REAL honest one!! Over my eight years of using them I've had everything from oil changes to large time consuming repairs (I have a couple of older vehicles in my fleet) and every time the price seemed fair and didn't try to sell me things I don't need. Dropped wife's car off to get an oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment, and some brake/rotor service. Ned was super helpful and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Honest prices, honest timing. Picked the car back up later that day and the vibrations when braking were no more. Wheel alignment was perfect. Couldn't ask for more. read more

I had a pre-purchase inspection on a Porsche here today. This location was the only place in Buford that I could find that could accommodate me. I have ordered 7 pre-purchase inspections on various cars and various cities. Typically, I've paid between $135 to $175 per 1-1.5 hour(s) of inspection. The price here was a mere $100. After paying, the technician, Allen Wright recommended I drive the car 30-40 mi to investigate a code he had discovered. After doing this, I returned, and he provided me with another 15+ minutes of service for no additional charge, including looking further into a totally separate concern of mine on the car. The service advisor, Emma Wright, was fantastic. She seems very knowledgeable, and was extremely accommodating- very eager to ensure I received the best possible care. I have no idea what happened to other customers who went here and had a bad experience. God knows mine was far from it- this location seems to employ a few compassionate and conscientious employees. This is my go-to shop. I'd been going to the norcross location and when I moved up to Sugar Hill, I was glad to find out the same owners had a second shop opened closer to my house! The customer service is always great and I love how honest they are. John is the person to speak with and is super reliable. It's hard to find a shop that is honest and won't screw you over. I go here for my oil changes and any/all car issues. All of the staff is super attentive and the customer service is outstanding. I've come to them for years whether it be a small nail in my tire, oil changes, and basically any/all car issues. If I feel something off about my car, I call ahead and tell them I will be leaving my car, tell them my issues and they check it out for me and let me know if it's serious or not. They usually tell me if there are any issues, and if it's super urgent for me to fix. I'm usually used to a lot of shops just telling me every little thing wrong and I just feel like they're in it for the money. But not this place! I introduced this place to my fiancé, who is very picky on where he takes his car for any maintenance, and he loves this place as well. It feels nice to be able to leave my car to people I trust and a place I know will do a 100% job every time. I've been a customer since 2010 and have yet to have an unsatisfactory experience with them. read more

Went in to get a nail out of my tire..they fixed that fine but came out and said I needed an oil change. So i said sure..2 hours later they come back saying I'm now leaking oil. Mind you I've had no issues with the oil prior...they tell me about this $400 part I need to buy now & im feeling really weird about how it played out so I go to the dealership and they find oil spewed all over the top of my engine. :-) thank you full line for causing issues that weren't there before! read more

DRIVERS BEWARE!! This place does NOT even deserve 1 star!! Had taken my car here several times. Ignored a few problems I had with them such as changing headlamp light bulb as they broke the headlamp seal. Then had condensation and had to replace whole lamp at my cost. Well, had an oil leak they fixed it but they must have taken off my power steering lines which caused them to be compressed on the exhaust manifold which almost caused my car to catch on fire. Drove my car without any power steering to the closed garage to have it fixed. Learned what had happened and went to NAPA to have them make this right by me paying for this bill. They refuse to own their mistake. Filed a complaint with the GA Law Consumer Protection Unit. If that doesn't work I will be taking them to court. read more

I've been going to the norcross location for over 10 years and started coming here instead since it's closer to my house. And this place has never failed me once. Both stores are owned by the same owner. I am super picky and knowing a trustworthy mechanic is a must especially since you invest so much money into your vehicles. They do an awesome job on your service and most importantly, they are honest. They don't bs about the price and time. I hated making appointments for car dealership when I had warranty only to wait 1-2 hours when they tell you they will finish it in under 30 minutes. Other independent mechanic shops do the same. This location is good about time. If it's going to take long, they will say so. Lots of times, other shops will offer you a ridiculous low prices for their services only to come back later and tell you, you need this or that. They will use the fright tactic into making you waste money on services you might not need or give false information. I cant vouch for other napa auto care as well but this location doesn't. Another great service they provide is they actually take responsibility for their services. If you are not fully satisfied or believe there is still something wrong with a vehicle, they will do a full diagnostic for their job without extra charge as long as you report within a reasonable time(like don't complain about oil leaking a year after getting an oil change nonsense). Although it's branded napa, it's a honest mom and pop like shop. If you have problems with your car or just need your required maintenance on the vehicle after warranty expires, this is the place to go. I was told that you need 3 people in your life. A doctor, lawyer, and a mechanic. You will have the mechanic part filled if you come to this location read more

The worst Service ever, They Charge me for diagnostic my car, and they don't have the parts fix my car, Then i was spend $1000 regarding this diagnostic and my car still the same. I come back to them and they keep arguing with me, I don't recommend this shop if you want to save your money. read more

I took in my 2012 Kia Soul because it was overheating. Found radiator bad so they change radiator and thermostat and supposedly flushed the system. While they were test driving the car they said it was still running a little hot and needed a new radiator fan assembly. They changed it and said everything was good. I picked it up, my son drove it home. The first thing he noticed was the radio and backup camera did not work. I took it back to them and the first thing they said is that the mechanic did not see the radio working. They checked all the fuses and said they were good. So they said if I left it with them they could diagnose the problem (more money). I took it home and checked it out myself. There was a fuse missing for the accessories. The fuse was in prior because the radio worked. There was no reason they would pull the fuse for the radiator problem. Next when we drove the car for a few miles it was getting hotter than normal. When I looked in the radiator I could not see any coolant. I had to add almost half a gallon and bleed the system of air. There was a lot of air trapped in the system. So that tells me they did not bleed the system right. Now I found that the heat does not blow hot air only cool. I know the heat worked since we just came out of winter. They would have noticed this if they had bled the system correctly. Now I have to figure out if they disabled the heat to charge more to fix it or if they messed it up. So after $900 I still have a car that needs fixing. Do not trust them with your vehicle! read more

John is awesome. My car had various lights on, I called and got the voicemail, didn't leave a message; John called me back and was able to get my car in for service. There were several issues, he explained them to me in lamens terms and ordered the parts needed. I do not feel that he took advantage of the fact that I came alone and gave me a fair price. I had a lot of issues with my car and decided to try this place out. A guy named John said we had to pay $60 first to diagnose the car and he also said whatever they did, it would be GUARANTEED they would be able to fix it (which is why we started with them). We paid $60, and he gave us a paper saying he needed to buy two parts to fix the car, plus labor which came to $660. We thought it would be easier to go ahead and buy the parts so they could start fixing the car. When we went to the Napa Auto Parts, our total came around $287 for TWO parts. When we called John back and asked how much he would charge us for labor he said it all depends on how much our parts cost. We told him we went ahead and bought the parts, and he kept telling us how he thinks we might have bought the wrong parts since it should've cost around $300 for ONE part when we actually paid around $187 for one part out of two. We went ahead and went into the store and he kept going on and on about how he thought we bought the wrong part and saying it should cost way more. Once we showed him what we had bought, he didn't say anything. (Remember, we only bought those two parts because that's what he had on the paper.) Once they finished the car, they told us to go ahead and pick it back up because they could not fix it. We did not say much and left since we couldn't really do anything about it. While driving it back, we had to run a couple errands. Once we were done, we tried to start our car and it wouldn't start. Once the car finally started, it stopped a couple times on the way home. In the end, they tried to rip us off by adding about an extra $120 for ONE part. They said they guaranteed everything which they did NOT in the end. Just save your money and DO NOT go here. By far the most worst experience I ever had at a body shop. I don't even want to give this place a one star rating. read more

I usually write a review after a couple of visits but but since this is an automotive service review I'll give my opinion after one visit. As you know it's hard to find an honest mechanic and I believe this shop is trustworthy. Keith was my service advisor and he told me it was my starter, I was assuming it was to. I overheard a couple of his conversations and he wasn't trying to "up sell" his customers. This shop might be a little on the pricey side but he honored the 15% discount on Yelp. John and this Napa care is the best! Moving back to Atlanta and having to drive and deal with a car again is not always fun. They make it super easy and comfortable. Multiple flats, oil changes and even some body work on my husband's car, they take care of it all! Always great service, John is always upfront on what's going on and takes the time to explain everything to me. I normally never write reviews but had to with the service I received. I called the day before about getting my brakes repaired. I told the guy who answered the phone that I had a coupon for $129.99 (which would be for new brake pads, hardware and to resurface rotors). I asked two times to make sure this would pay for complete new brakes and was told yes! So I make an appt and take my car in the next day. After looking at my brakes I get a call and was told that I needed new brake pads and rotors for my back brakes and was told the coupon would not cover it and now the total was $272.00!!! Complete False advertising!! The coupon says for new brake pads and hardware only $129.99 and I was guaranteed by the guy the day before that this was correct. I then was told the manager would call me back since I was lied too.. I waited 2 hours and no phone call so I just go and pick up my car. Once at the shop the guy apologized that the manager didnt call me back but didnt even try to get the manager to come out of the shop despite him being there! Overall horrendous customer service and terribly overpriced (i found another place to do all 4 brakes for $169.00) Please stop anywhere else before going to the shop!!! Go elsewhere! Very dishonest. Said I needed front brakes and calipers and wanted nearly $800. Went for a second opinion and none of the work was necessary. Front brake pads had over 60% left and the rotors were in great shape. Will necker take a vehicle here again. read more
