My recent experiences have been the complete opposite of what I once respected about this business. After returning back to Florida, permanently this time .... with a bag full of dresses that needed to be dry cleaned I was required to prepay due to an incident from over five years ago when I unintentionally forgot to pick up clothing before my return back to CA. . I understand policies around unclaimed items and take responsibility for that. What I do not accept is the way this was handled. From that point forward, the treatment I received was consistently cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. I brought my clothes in multiple times after that, and every single visit carried the same unmistakable sense that I was not welcome. There was no effort to reset the relationship, no basic courtesy, and no professionalism in how a returning customer was treated. This was not a one time interaction. It was repeated behavior over multiple visits. People do forget items at cleaners. It happens. Most businesses address it, set their policy, and move on. Here, it felt punitive and personal, which is not how a professional business should operate. I paid in advance as required, complied with their (NEW) policy that they set JUST for me... , and returned in good faith more than once. The response and demeanor I received each time was the same level of cold and unwelcoming treatment. That is not acceptable in any service environment, and it is THUS the reason I will not return.

They even offer "valet dry-cleaning" with pick-up & drop offs. Nice to see them expanding! Clean, easy to get to, and the price is 1/2 of what the guys down the street are charging per garment. I dropped off 21 dresses late Saturday afternoon at the MetroWest location and they were all ready on Tuesday. (Yes, I said 21 dresses, don't judge me LOL). I told them not to rush since its a fairly large drop-off. Everything came back nice and pressed. Keep me happy and they'll have a customer for life!

We honestly weren't impressed with the facilities in Wildwood so we decided to drive another 20 minutes east to check out the Spanish Springs location. Best decision we made and they had a friendly and helpful employee which made a difference. This Bucharest Blvd. location has options to pay which "Wildwood" did not. (Coins OR credit card). Wash starts at $3.00 and dryers take about $1.25. Heavy items take about 35 mins. See pictures for fees on larger machines. YES... we recommend and would return!
