When I raised the issue, the manager (Cesar) shrugged and suggested I check an abandoned clothing rack myself. These were bespoke shirts from Geneva Shirts in Manhattan, costing $350 each. I simply can't afford to entrust expensive, custom clothing to a cleaner that handles items this casually. If you invest in expensive clothes be warned about this cleaner.
