When we did table photos with all of our guests (we had all the guests come to us on the dance floor for pics before they headed off to the buffet)... instead of having basic ass table photos, we literally looked like we were on the Grid in Tron and it made the most AMAZING table photos I've ever seen!! She suggested that if it's in my budget, to consider colored tablecloths instead. This was a great idea since Café Julia just purchased new gold chivari chairs that would've been a shame to cover up. Even though I was sold on the idea of tablecloths, I wasn't sure of what color to rent. I already had my centerpiece set, so I described it to her via email (I didn't even have a sample made yet). She suggested a royal blue tablecloth. I trusted her decision and once I started assembling my centerpieces, I got so excited imagining how the tablecloths would look with my centerpieces. Once I saw how great the blue and silver tablecloths looked, I knew Sharee was an expert at suggesting color schemes! She also suggested that I do a silver sequin tablecloth for our head table and a matching one for the cake table. The head table had a scalloped design, which just made it a great focal point. I was lucky enough to see her work firsthand at The Wedding Café's Floral and Décor workshop. Sharee and her husband Ed set up an amazing backdrop using metal piping and sheer material for the draping. Once I saw it, I knew I had to have that for a backdrop for pictures with our guests. She also is such an expert, especially with the backdrop assembly. I purchased LED string lights in the shape of butterflies and wanted that to hang vertically from her backdrop. I explained to her how many strings I had and the length of each string. On the days leading up to the wedding, she assured me that she would take care of it and that it would all work out. This was a huge relief since I hadn't tried out the string lights to see how it would look. The lights looked amazing against the backdrop! She and her husband set it up for us and it made for awesome pictures. Sharee is amazing and so down to earth. I really enjoyed talking to her and loved how her tablecloths and backdrop really transformed the hall into a lovely place for our wedding reception.

Instead of taking just one still image (or 5 or 6), 808 Flipbooks captures dozens of images in sequence, then binds them together into a tiny little booklet, creating a unique take-home keepsake that your guests can flip through, "animate" & enjoy anytime they like...reliving those 7 glorious seconds of action, adventure, silliness or romance from YOUR primo event! From the first time (of many) that I emailed 808 flipbooks, Jonathan was extremely easy to work with: totally responsive, informative, patient & professional. He really made everything as simple & convenient for me as possible. After much consideration, 808 Flipbooks definitely seemed to give us the most bang for our buck...great prices (all posted online), no "limit" to the number of copies they'll print of each booklet, free customized booklet covers, free video compilation (available online for months after the event!), etc. About a week before the event, Jonathan emailed me 6 or 7 different ideas for the cover, and we went back & forth a few times with until we came up with the final draft. The finished product was professional-grade & worked great for our theme. On the day of the event, Jonathan showed up almost 2 hours early--basically the earliest we were admitted into the venue--and he was so efficient that he finished his setup over an hour before the party started...then offered to HELP ME with the rest of my setup!! Their only needs were a 12' x 12' space, a 3-prong outlet, and two 6' tables... everything else, they brought themselves, including a lot of fun props--some specifically selected to go along with our theme. We were also welcome to add our own props to the selection. A few minutes BEFORE the designated start time, Jonathan & his wife got down to business, quickly & courteously serving every guest that wanted a flipbook. The line moved quickly (& everyone in line was cracking up, watching the people before them), and they were completely self-sufficient. Most importantly, everyone had a blast...multiple people even asked me for their contact info! Before I knew it (after the designated breakdown time), Jonathan & Cici were all packed up & waited very patiently & discreetly for their final payment. They absolutely understand how crazy things can get for the party host, and did everything I could've hoped for to accommodate me as a customer. Jonathan also sent me a very nice thank you email later, and assured me that he took his wife out for a very nice dinner that evening. (I had no idea what for or when, but I knew I wanted it) Then my son was born and of course you know that a first birthday is a must! So off I went in search of vendors to hire for the party.. One thing that I needed from whichever vendor I hired, was the option for unlimited printouts.. Try telling my family that you have to share a SINGLE copy - no thank you! And what I love about 808 Flipbooks is that they provide unlimited copies! Jonathan was so great to work with.. He was very patient with my ever famous indecisiveness on the book cover and text.. On the day of the party, Jonathan came in about an hour beforehand to set up and run some test shots - he was so fun!! Once the party started, his daughter came to help him out with the printing and stapling of the flipbooks. Not only were they great and fun people during the party, but throughout the entire process, from the reservations, prep work, breakdown after the party, they were just so easy to work with!
