Every question asked by volunteers were met with "I don't know." They did not have a flow of logistics and how to make volunteers useful during the event. They informed us to arrive at 3 pm and for 2.5 hrs, many people, including elderly volunteers, stood around and did nothing. If you are an organization who values your volunteers that have been following you for a long time, choose a company that will ensure they don't cause rifts in that relationship. Contracted or hired companies should have awareness of an organization's support system and make them feel engaged and useful. GEH sent an email about volunteers knowing their breaks and even having a meal. We did not receive any information on that which was another reason I just left. Overall, select an organization that thinks about things thoroughly. Tonight, I left not inspired.

All of our guests including us did not step off that dance floor unless it was to take a shot. lol Literally everyone was glued to that dance floor and we all had the time of our lives. As a wedding photographer myself, what I didn't realize is how much the LED dance floor would enhance the photos and video in the end. When we did table photos with all of our guests (we had all the guests come to us on the dance floor for pics before they headed off to the buffet)... instead of having basic ass table photos, we literally looked like we were on the Grid in Tron and it made the most AMAZING table photos I've ever seen!! Adam (the owner and the one controlling the lighting on the dance floor) was absolutely amazing! He programmed the floor and made it perfect for each scene or thing we were doing for the program. This was our greatest decision and SO happy Opulent events offers this kind of dance floor. The ONLY ONE on the island who does this. I HIGHLY recommend every couple to get this dance floor. We own a company that deals with luxury real estate and were just shocked at how horribly these people treated us. We have never seen such horrible customer service in our 15 years in business. It culminated when they just charged our card without any email or call or detailed invoice. Basically they were unhappy because we did not tear down all the tables and chairs and their cushio ns sat outside overnight. They had never told us we needed to put all the cushions away.... And a couple glasses and a tray were missing. We had a simple and elegant wedding but they acted as if we had thrown a rager and lost and broke a bunch of stuff which is simply not the case. I just feel bad for these people as they clearly will not be around long. I was literally sitting in our honeymoon suite on the phone with them for half an hour arguing when it dawned on me how crazy it was that I'm giving these people my money and business and they act like we owed them! We were so put off, and that they would just charge our card like that. And we were tactful and courteous the entire time. And they came at us like vultures

Grace communicates with you through the process and She is super patient even with how indecisive I was. She ensured my venue would be beautiful with the ideas we came up with. Her skills and experience in the wedding industry truly shined in exceeding our expectations. She was able to match my theme by creating an amazing backdrop with a beautiful chandelier hanging behind us. Her beautiful Velvet linen for our kings table and Cinderella lace over satin blush linen for our guest sign in really made our wedding elegant. Grace also draped our entire venue including a beautiful drape entrance for our ceremony. For our grand entrance to our reception she built us a Love tunnel with fairy lights and our engagement photos hanging. Not only did she do everything we asked for but she also went above and beyond by helping with other special details. Our wedding was so magical all because of Grace. Despite months of planning, the day-of setup felt disorganized and caused unnecessary stress. Materials remained scattered after the event began, which required us to change our planned DJ setup, and one of the uplights stopped working shortly after the party started. We also witnessed unprofessional behavior from members of the setup team, and a child accompanying the team intentionally damaged some of our party favors. While the owner eventually responded to our concerns and acknowledged that several issues needed to be addressed internally, our request for a partial refund was declined. The response referenced discounts and accommodations that had already been applied to our event. While I acknowledge that discounts were provided, I do question how much weight those discounts should carry in addressing the service issues we experienced if they were standard promotions or discounts also routinely offered to other clients, rather than accommodations specifically made because of the problems with our event. Considering the amount we ultimately paid, I still expected a professional, organized, and seamless experience from start to finish. The décor itself was beautiful, but unfortunately, the overall service experience was disappointing.

These are one of the two things that represent my husband and I wanted to surprise him! Maile is incredible! She came home from a family trip and set up the signs all on her own. The photos should say it all! I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have gotten these signs! It was the best decision ever and so so worth it! These signs ended up being multi purpose! They made the perfect back drop/ photo area!!! Especially when the sunset arrived! On top of everything else on the day of my wedding these signs made my wedding that much more special not only for my husband and I but our entire ohana! It gave our ohana/guests hope during these tough times and made so much unforgettable memories and stunning photos for us all!
