I asked the woman at the front desk if she could help me get a pair of men's shoes from the top shelf. She never responded verbally, and her facial expression made me feel like I was bothering her. She didn't seem approachable or willing to help, and her attitude made the interaction uncomfortable. I hope this was just an isolated incident and that other customers won't have the same experience.
