It's like they didn't want to sell me anything? I paid in FULL for 2 Patagonia jackets. Shipping to Hawaii took 3 weeks... why? It's no different than to ship anywhere in the US. I gave them an alternate address in Florida and they never shipped there either. A real head-scratcher. I took a refund. Now, I have to look on other sites for the jackets as the color I want is hard to find. read more

Gearhead had my bike for 5 weeks to put on a new big ring. They where rude on the phone they kept interrupting me and would not let me talk. Picked up today because they hadn't worked on it, but they gave it back without the old ring and they said "we threw it away". read more

Had bikes tuned up and asked them to help with bike rack. They went beyond the call of duty and refused to take a tip.

I've been a fan of Gearhead since 1998 when they were on Flint St. Ted and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. It's been great to see the success that Ted and his family of employees have had with his motto of treating people the way you would want to be treated. I can't recommend Gearhead enough and have had great conversations with people on the other side of the world because they were wearing a Gearhead t-shirt. I wish they would carry their Gearhead t-shirts on their website since I'm not in the area very often and would love to continue to represent my friends and Arkansas! read more

Top Shelf merch. An unexpected gem in Jonesboro, AR. The bike shop is top-shelf (makes my ride look like garbage!) Team Huffy endures! Seriously nice folks, full service shop with skilled mechanics. Everything you need with no attitude. This is actually 2 stores, the "Outfitters" and cycle shop are on opposite sides of the street. Approved! read more

great service and wonderful merchandise. I went to get a fathers day gift for my son and they were wonderful.

I bought my bike from these guys about 3 years ago. I decided to upgrade a few components and took it back to Gearhead for the work. They told me it'd be done the next day. I came back the next day and they hadn't started working on it yet. No biggie...Well a week and a half went by and they still weren't finished. (All they were doing was installing disc brakes). When I showed up a week and a half later to pick up my bike they were unapologetic about being dishonest about the time it would take. I wouldn't have minded the long wait if they would have just told me. They were even rude to a point and it was very unprofessional. I guess since I wasn't buying the newest carbon fiber bike they didn't want to treat me like a valued customer. They said that it was impossible to install my brakes because I needed a bracket that doesn't exist. (Which was clearly a lie, or they just really don't know how to work on bikes.) I ended up taking the bike to a different shop in Conway, AR and it was done the same day, for less money than Gearhead quoted me. read more
