I returned them the day after I bought them, after only having worn them inside a dorm room, with the receipt and original packaging. They still looked brand new in my opinion, but the employee working there said she would get reprimanded if she accepted the return. I have no problem with the employee- she was just trying not to get in trouble, but more with a store policy so strict that employees are afraid to take certain returns lest "they get yelled at". That isn't right, and the employees deserve better overseers.

I said hello as I entered and was asked by one of the three males standing near the entrance if I needed help. I politely said no and began to browse. I noticed how one would appear at the end of each aisle I was on, but continued shopping. A different male who was at the entrance asked if I needed help and knew what kind of shoe I was looking for. I told him that I didn't need help and knew what I was looking for. He immediately blurted out, if you know what you are looking for, then why are you looking around. I snapped back, because I may see something else that I like. I got upset and left. But I wanted to tell that young man how extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome he made me feel.
