Beware that the direction location from the yelp app took me to a rural countryside in the middle of no where. I recently bought a pair of shoes when visiting my mother at Easter and got home to California and…read morerealized I received 2 different shoes in the box. I called and Tom said he would refund my money. I told him I really liked the shoes and hoped that the other shoes would be returned so I said I would wait a week or two. Two weeks later I called and since the other shoes had not been returned I asked for a credit and was given one immediately. The next day Tom called and said the shoes were just returned. Tom asked for my address and said he was sending me the shoes, so I would have 2 pair now. Excellent service really wowed me. I will be stopping in when I return in the fall.
