I called and Tom said he would refund my money. I told him I really liked the shoes and hoped that the other shoes would be returned so I said I would wait a week or two. Two weeks later I called and since the other shoes had not been returned I asked for a credit and was given one immediately. The next day Tom called and said the shoes were just returned.
