I've been here twice in the past few months. The first time I walked in I was referred by a friend and the employees there did not disappoint. They had me use their foot analysis machine that guided me towards shoes with higher or maximum support and then brought out a wide variety of shoes to try on. They tailored the shoes that I tried on to my foot size and shape and I left very satisfied with their service, they even stayed late to help me make sure I found the shoe that I wanted. I later came back a few weeks later after trying out the shoe since I now knew what I wanted from a new shoe and I was able to use their money back guarantee to switch my pair of New Balances for On Clouds which fit me even better than the previous pair I had. The service was just as good if not better the second time, the staff were excellent and were there to help their customers purchase shoes that will help them, not just for a paycheck. I can't recommend the people at Ultimate Fit enough, if you're wanting shoes and a great experience then this is the store to go to. read more

Ultimate fit is the place to go if you want a good pair of quality shoes that will last you a while. I have been there twice so far and it was the best costumer service. The second time I was there, I got some shoes that I didn't like after buying them because of the discomfort I was feeling. The next day I was able to go back and switch them out at no cost. When I was leaving to go back home which is in Tennessee I found out it wasn't the shoe, it was the size I was wearing. I emailed the manager about it and I was able to send them back. They got the correct size and sent them back to me in no time. It was great knowing that I can contact them at anytime with the service I am needing. The price varies but they will last you a while and also provide you with the most comfort. I have bought shoes before on Amazon but buying them from Ultimate Fit feels a lot different. My husband and I went to Ultimate Fit to purchase a couple pair of Hokas, we were greeted at the door by Wyatt, asking what he could help us with. We told him what we were looking for and he said he would be glad to help us get the right shoes. My husband found the Hokas he was interested in and Wyatt brought 2 different colors to choose from, they both decided he needed a 1/2 size larger, which they had in stock. My husband was very happy with the shoes. I found the Gaviota 5 that I was looking for, they fit well, but I did not really like in black and white, Wyatt checked other stock, but did not have any available, but he did tell me that they would be receiving a new shipment on the 25th of May with new colors. I went in to get a pair of 100% customized insoles for my shoes. Shelby greeted me and asked what I needed, and after I told her, she walked me through how they work, how they are made and got them molded to my feet. It was a quicker process than I expected, and I liked the sale on them that Ultimate Fit has going on (35% off!). Shelby was friendly, courteous, and does an excellent job! If you are looking for the perfect running shoes for you, this is the place to go! My son's foot was bothering him after running, so we went to get his feet analyzed for the best shoes for him. Melissa was amazing! She analyzed his run, used the computer testing they have in store to find what type of shoes would be best, then brought at least 5 brands for him to test out. She patiently watched him test each brand and gave us lots of great information to help. Now he has no pain when he runs! Thank you Melissa! In the market for new sneakers and Ultimate Fit came recommended by my Physical Therapist (group) and friends. Walked in with the intention to get a fit and I was ready for them to take my money after interacting with Jadon for 10 mins! They had all the brands I narrowed down to, the sizes, along with the fit (wide). Honestly, they are just a little more than what you can find online, but their service is AMAZING! i had never shopped at Ultimate Fit before but my physical therapist had recommended I go there. I am in my 70s and sometimes i feel older customers may not be listened to but I walked in and was welcomed with a smile and Cody introduced himself we hit it off and he made the whole process very pleasant ...never making me feel rushed And listened closely to my comments about the different fits. Today was my 1st visit to the store. My Podiatrist suggested it when I saw him about foot pain I was having. Apart from my sticker shock at how much good walking shoes cost, I got a pair that I believe will be very good for me, my feet, balance & will keep me walking in comfort. Wyatt, the specialist who helped me was great & quick to point out the shoes that were on sale & bring me several pairs of shoes from the 'on sale' selection. The fit specialist assisted me and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, which was much appreciated. My feet hurt and I wanted to get new inserts for my "2" year old shoes. Olivia was very knowledgeable and professional, telling me about the lifespan of shoes. If all I wanted was inserts, that was Okay, but if my feet still hurt, come back and try some new shoes as well. Ainsley was my fitting specialist and she was great. she worked very hard to show me the different shoes and help me get the perfect fit. the only thing I didn't like about my experience was when I was checking out the credit machine asked me how much I wanted to leave for a tip.
