I asked how long he would be because I had already waited 20 minutes and asked if she could call she rudely responded that she did not know because she was not with him (Chris) so I asked her what she wanted me to do.. she told me to wait there. After 35 minutes I called the office again, this time the lady in the office said she was going to be doing the showing even though she was not supposed to after 10 minutes she called me back and said that the owner would be doing the showing because Chris was not answering his phone .. 5 minutes later the owner showed up and after 50 minutes I was pretty upset and let the manager know that I was and how unprofessional this was that we got stood up both days and he apologized and told me this never happened before and said that was all he could do for me. I do not recommend renting from this company if this is how they handle showings imagine renting from them! Plus I was told this apartment was move in ready and during the showing I noticed they were still renovating.

In a perfect world a PMC should be about doing the right things for the right reasons. I recommend hiring property managers that are ethical and truthful. Yes "men and women" are not good for an HOA! HOA's need a PMC to be the voice of reason, balance the budget, speak to board members from experience and inform them when spending is out of control and dues might double. Provide feedback regarding legal and what if scenarios so that Boards can make logical and informed decisions. The reason I dinged them 2 stars- A ticket was put in, MPC took 12 months to repair the issue, but with the understanding that the previous property management company did nothing at all.The other ding MPC get's -Allowing a dictatorship with out of control spending that caused huge due increases over 2 yrs. instead of being honest with the board they sat there and allowed it.

They came, gave me a quote and a schedule, and actually stayed exactly on schedule. The project went flawlessly without any hiccups, and a few days later, I had a beautiful patio that I've been dreaming about for 10 years. It's been a year since they've come and put down the patio and I wanted to come back now to leave the review to say that I thoroughly enjoyed our patio last year and will again this year. The patio has survived last year's Milwaukee winter superbly, despite the enormous amount of snow we had. They are also very professional and honest with their work. You can easily find people who perform great work, but it's not as easy to spot someone who is honest and follows through with their promise. Don't think I'll need another patio job for years to come cuz they've just done too good a job, but if I do, I'll be calling them again.

This is the first time that I have good luck with this kind of profession in the last 40 years. To be sure, I plan to hire him if I end up keeping the farm in the distant future if it does not sell to my fair liking; he would do all the flooring to my family's taste. I trust him this much. He is a worker, not a schmoozer. Any time I need fixing on walls, doors etc. he will be my first contact. He is excellent.
