I'd have given 5 starts for the lack of interest in my complaint: Request the therapy pool (jets treadmill) guests wear headphones or buds instead of blasting their music. People yesterday all wore earplugs because one entitled woman insisted on playing her music. "We've gotten a lot of complaints about her" the desk said. Yet nothing is done. Just a simple request! I've never experienced such complete selfishness - yet they don't care and allow the space to be dominated by loud inconsiderate guests. Headphones are cheap. This person isn't autistic just a creep.

When they did open back up it was only for lap swimming which was in the part of the pool that was too deep for me to walk and whenever I asked about open swim and walking lanes, they never had an answer. Now they only have about two days from 8:00-8:30 pm which is a small window to make sure I can get there and be ready to go in the pool. I am really disappointed because I have yet to find another pool facility in the area that comes close to offering what I need and I can really tell the difference in my pain levels.

A short walk away was a cross and benches for Devotions, meditation or a Sunday service. The cabin had a fully equipped kitchen. There were Two full bathrooms and one even had a bathtub. In the middle of the cabin was a sitting area with two loveseats, a couch and large chair. Across from that in the middle were several large round tables and chairs. The cabin was equipped with a large screen tv. We only used it to show a short picture presentation,so not sure if it had cable or an antenna. We were there in November just past when the leaves hit full glory but they were still vibrant and colorful. This is a great camp. In other areas they have lots to do. Something for everyone at Westview on the James.

As a parent, I was confused because trampoline socks are trampoline socks, and I did not see anything clearly stated in the waiver saying my child could not wear them. When I asked for clarification, the situation quickly escalated instead of being handled professionally. Rather than calmly resolving the issue, I felt disrespected and spoken to in an unprofessional manner. What should have been a fun day for children turned into an upsetting experience for my family. Things escalated to the point where the police were called and I was told I was trespassing, which made the entire situation even more disappointing. This was my personal experience, and based on it, I would not return. Parents deserve clear policies, respectful communication, and an environment where children can simply enjoy themselves.

Next year I'd probably park elsewhere within walking distance to avoid the shuttle situation, as that was the only annoying part. Folks go alllll out for this event. Everything was organized well for packet pickup and the park where it started was filled with cute little photo opps and even some free swag. The route itself was lovely with neighbors in the Walton Park community having gone all out with festive cheer. I loved meeting Santa and Mrs. Claus. All in all, it was a great time. I did break my right ankle stepping off the curb to get onto a shuttle though. The loading area was pretty dark and I didn't notice a sharp angle in the curb. Still dealing with that. But otherwise, I had a great time.

The dealership discovered the car was missing the front right passenger axle boot, and had a jerry-rigged hose clamp in its place. I placed around 10 phone calls to the service center during business hours but they never answered. To reach the service department I had to contact the sales side and ask to be transferred. This was my experience every time I called-- I never reached the service center directly. Eventually, after getting in contact with a Service Representative, I was told that service could not be completed or scheduled within the 10 day return period. As a result, I returned the car because: 1) the Service Center failed to detect the missing axle boot upon its 125 point initial inspection 2) the Service center never answered the phone directly and 3) the Service Center lacked the availability to solve the problem inside the return window of time (10 days) Additionally, Carmax opted not to reimburse me the independent inspection amount. The company policy is that you must use their unresponsive and unavailable service center for all issues. I refused to trust a service department that had already failed me in multiple capacities: technical (failed to detect issue), communication (never answered my calls), and availability (could do nothing during the initial 10 days). Additionally, after returning the car I was told it would take around 2-3 weeks to get my cash back from the purchase! I found this to be unreasonably long, but this is the CarMax process. I recommend you purchase cars elsewhere, and avoid the hassle.
