I had an irrigation company to install bubblers to water the new trees and they said the palms were bot dead. i immediately called avila to cancel the order, since I wasn't going to pull out live, expensive trees. i was told no problem and would receive a credit. Several days passed and I didn't receive a credit so I disputed the charge on my card. I received a call from Avila and explained what happened and was told they are providing a receipt I signed (which I thought I was confirming the delivery date and instructions) indicates no refunds. Who doesn't give a refund when no product or service was provide. i don't need or want a store credit!

Also there was 5 roses. I asked my friend and was told he had only ordered daisies as usual as was our tradition. Beware when you order from this shop They will send what they want not what you ordered. I did call to ask about the order and they said they had added the other flowers because of the price of the order. Why they didn't send the big bunch of daisies is still unclear. They charges close to a hundred dollars for 6 pieces of daisies. I would give one star
