Looking online and doing my research found out that tree work is very expensive in the state of New York. I wanted to make sure we find the right Tree Service for the job. That's when I found Cherry Hill tree expert company. Mark the owner is highly experience and qualified for the job. Him and his team are fully insured and safety comes first. Mark was able to come out for qoute soon after a snowstorm . As soon as the snow was melted and the ground was dry he came right out and started earlier then expected with two trees. Then after a couple days of rain and the sun let up he was able to get the last two trees one day ahead of schedule before a lot more rain came later that week. After everything was said and done. Mark and his team had done everything we agreed on and some. I was going to do the cleanup and he made it easier by placing the branches neatly and organized leaving space to walk around. Mark and his team had gone above and beyond what was originally laid out. Their customer service was outstanding. They made our first time using tree services a good experience. They offer competitive pricing and discounts. Discounts can be found on the website. In addition, they spread salt on my walk way and drive way, when they were expressly told not to because of my dog, but they ignore my request and hurt my dog! The owner doesn't like his staff being told what they should do or not do. I placed snow polls, as request and they either plowed over them or ignored them in areas that the snow needed to be back bladed verses plowed. Basically they made a mess. When I checked my security cameras I found that they were in my property with one big and one small truck. Not just that, they left a huge tree on my lawn after cutting it down. I called the cops and had an incident report filed for trespassing and damaging my property. The officer spoke to Linda Barrett and explained her of all of the damages that her company caused. I haven't heard any correspondents' from Linda Barrett. I'm filing a lawsuit against Acorn Tree & Crane Service for trespassing and damaging my property.

We hired A&H Tree Service based on a neighbor's referral to remove a few branches from a large tree…read morein our yard. They did remove the branches--and maybe one more than expected--but overall, the work itself was fine, and they cleaned up the debris. That said, the customer experience left a lot to be desired. Communication was lacking throughout, except when they repeatedly followed up for the deposit. They didn't tell us in advance that our driveway and front street needed to be clear for their truck, so my partner had to rush home from work to move the car. After the job, no photos were shared, and when I asked about the price and 3% credit card fee, they pointed to the contract. Fair enough--but it would've been helpful if they had mentioned that upfront. I offered to send cash or a check to avoid the surcharge, but they said credit card is now the only accepted method. Between the lack of communication and inflexibility, I wouldn't recommend them based on customer service alone. Hopefully the residue left on our vinyl fence comes off with a hose.
