It's almost impossible to get in touch with Eli, and even when you do and ask for a copy of your bill, don't expect to receive it. I've requested my 2025 invoice several times, and as of August 3, 2026, I still haven't received it. You might wonder why I've stayed with this company for so long. The answer is loyalty. I've tried calling, leaving messages, and following up multiple times, but nothing has changed. If you're looking for a company that provides reliable communication and follows through on customer requests, this has not been my experience.

The job was also complicated and worrisome because the trees were among ConEd electrical lines. By chance, we had seen an Atlas Tree Service truck while driving. A quick Google search showed a 4.9 (out of 5) star rating with over 200 reviews. We called Antonio (the owner) who came over promptly. He provided a quote and to our delight, his prices were more than reasonable (by a large margin). After a week's worth of work which included trimming all the smaller trees on our property in addition to removing very large trees. Antonio and his crew left without a trace that they were here. His guys (and daughter!) were meticulous in their efforts, hard-working, efficient, professional, and pleasant.
