First of all, the price was reasonable and I was happy with the quality of the install. Most people are not too price sensitive given many utilities rebate the cost of the install, but even then Russell's quote came in under the rebate cap, whereas a quote from a competitor was over the cap (so I would've been a few hundred dollars out of pocket if I went that route).
