I had been looking forward to getting my ears pierced with my cousin for months. I had been looking…read moreat their website and knew that in order to get an appointment, that you had to call day of as close to noon as possible. So I did that, I called at 12:10, the person that answered was not helpful. They asked what they could do for me after not saying anything after picking up for phone for ten seconds, and I said that I wanted to make an appointment for my cousin and I. She was silent for many seconds and then said that they don't take appointments, walk-ins only. I was confused because on the website it said appointment only, and to call at noon to make an appointment. So I was like I guess they changed their policy. I drove over 30 minutes to get there, and when I walked in I was declined service because they do not take walk-ins. The lady that "helped" us could not have cared less, even when I told her what the worker had said to me. I suggested that she have a talk with the workers because, and I quote from her, "This happens all the time". How can your workers not know what to do in situations like this, especially when policy is on the website and likely have people in everyday for piercings. So she said try calling again tomorrow. So my aunt called them at 12:04 today, the following day, to get our name on the list to call back and make our appointment at 1. They called her back and said they were fully booked up for the day, and would only be able to have an appointment for one at 1 o'clock, which was the time that they called her back. The lady was rude, and not helpful, they clearly do not care about helping people or getting business so do not go here. There are plenty of other great places to go with much nicer and more helpful people. The management clearly seems to be lacking, so don't waste your time, money, or gas to try and go here.
