We stopped on our drive between Las Vegas and Scottsdale for a driver switch and cold drinks. First stop was the restroom. My remark was "those are the cleanest restrooms in the world". We went into the store for cold drinks and walked out with cold drinks, slices of homemade pie and a loaf of homemade bread. The pie is delicious! Great crust with real fruit filling and the perfect amount of sugar. The bread is also very tasty. The woman who helped us was very nice. I wish we were driving back that way so we could stop again! Prices are reasonable, quality is high and service was excellent!

Hubby & I are living here for a couple of months. The people (owners as well as neighbors) are friendly. The rent is reasonable; the laundry is excellent; the "Rose Garden" is gorgeous & well-kept, and in the Cool Water Cafe, they serve scrumptious food!

The boat launch is nice and wide and the lot has a good amount of parking. The bar/restaurant had a very nice and friendly bartender. Other than one person at the bar, it was us as a party of four. We wanted a snack and picked a thai chili flavored chicken fries. It was a very unique appetizer but the flavors worked well! It was sweet, spicy, the pickled onions added a nice layer of flavor and the fries were crisp and hot. I really liked it! I have been to Pirate's Cove before when it was a very busy weekend and packed. In contrast to this particular visit, it was super chill and so relaxing! It was like having the resort to ourselves!

The cabins are cute and accommodating, they have everything you need inside them to enjoy a stay. Full refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes and more. The balcony views are awesome at night. Pirate Cove is a very cool place where people pull up their boats and hang out all day long. The food is delicious, the salads are yummy, but I love the chicken tenders and french fries. You cannot go wrong with those. They have different options for alcoholic drinks, we chose to get a vodka bucket and it was as fun as it looks! We had some mimosas after the bucket! This is a family friendly place and dogs are also allowed. Looking forward to my next trip back here! Great place to tan, relax, hear great music and see some awesome boats! Everyone is very nice and the service was fabulous. I will be back!

The spot we got was small for our 35' motor home but they didn't have the space next to it rented so they let us use both. It was full hook ups with free wi-fi. They even give you cable tv. We didn't bother with the cable box since we were only there overnight. The bathroom is not five star clean but it was clean, the shower water was hot and you don't have to pay to use the shower. The park has a lot of full time residents but they were friendly. It's a good thing we are early risers because there was a guy mowing the lawn at 6 in the morning. But what made the trip for us was the lady that works there named Brandy. She came by to make sure we got in our spot okay and see if we needed anything. She told us the best spot to hang out at the river and came by a few more times just to check if she could do anything for us. Great customer service! Like I said, it wasn't fancy but well worth a stop.

PREDATORY MANAGEMENT, $400 PROPERTY DAMAGE, & DOUBLE UTILITY CHARGES…read moreDo not risk your rig or your wallet at this park. This is a financially predatory, hostile environment where management cuts corners, destroys tenant property, and actively price-gouges utilities. While staying here, their careless maintenance crews completely chewed up and destroyed nearly $400 worth of my personal utility lines, slicing straight through: * Two premium Black Tank drain hoses * One 100-foot commercial water hose * My dedicated Starlink satellite cable When confronted, management only offered a last-minute credit to cover their tracks and avoid reporting the incident to corporate headquarters. Despite their administrative cover-up, I was still stuck with the labor and physical burden of sourcing and replacing my entire utility setup in the extreme desert heat. To make matters worse, this park is running a blatant utility scam. They are actively price-gouging tenants on electricity--charging a massive $0.16 per kWh when they are paying less than $0.08 per kWh under the local utility rate. They are doubling the power bill to line their own pockets. To top off the absolute dishonesty, when I officially exited, they hit me with a deceptive, predatory exit charge of nearly $600 for just 15 days of occupancy. They are dishonest, deceptive, and completely unsafe for long-term RVers. Avoid this place at all costs--take your business down the road to an honorable park.

We live in Westport, MA and rented a Winnebago View from SWRVA for about 21/2 weeks in April 2016…read more We were one of their earliest renters (#4?)so, because we would be flying out from MA, we were a little apprehensive. Pete was very willing to provide references as well he should be. After talking with Pete, I did not bother checking the offered references. I was very confident that the rental would be a great experience and indeed it was. Pete and Mark are committed to providing exceptional service. Pete met us at the Phoenix airport ( the flight was an hour late), walked us through the RV, gave a dozen farm fresh eggs from his open range chickens which were delicious. He had also bought coffee to get us started in the morning. Pete had offered to provision for us but we declined. The RV was clean, fueled and ready to go when we met Pete at the airport terminal. I should note that SWRVA is located in Prescott, AZ- about a 2 hr drive from the airport but Pete insisted on meeting us a the airport. Bedding, linens, dishes, pots and pans were provided at no additional cost as promised. The daily fee included unlimited generator hours and ample daily mileage. The Mercedes diesel easily handled the mountainous terrain in northern AZ and southern Utah while getting about 17 mpg. Upon our return, Pete and his partner, Mark, met us at the RV park and drove us to the airport shuttle terminal where they had reserved a prepaid shuttle to the airport. Pete and Mark could not have been more responsive and helpful in making our RV rental a memorable and enjoyable trip. Sally and I highly recommend them. I rated SWRVA 4 stars vs 5 stars only because the RV was a 2007 although it was in very good condition.

The photos on the site are NOTHING to what this PIECE OF JUNK trailer really is. The bed they show as the main bed is so old the springs are coming through and when you lay on it, you sink into a crevasse and can't get out. Not good for my 75 year old mother with Scoliosis; my aunt had to pull her out of the bed every time she needed to pee in the middle of the night. This company is so damn cheap they won't even spend $400 and buy an Ashley Furniture mattress for dirt cheap to replace the mattress with springs coming through the top. The other bed, the pull-out couch? Well, take a look at the photo I took today (9/14/22) vs the photo Havablast shows in their photos. I'm completely blown away that this company could rent this trailer for $135/night in this condition. We have our own 39' toyhauler that's top-notch gorgeous and we rent it out on RVShare (website) and charge $175/night. Unfortunately, with only 30 amp service at Echo, we could only run one AC so we could move them over when it was 110° outside. Havablast stores all of the kitchen utensils in the shower in a plastic bin. So people like my mother, 75 and old, if they want to shower, will have to take each item out because it's too heavy to lift the bin. No exterior lighting available so you can see where the steps are if you're camping at a dark campground (like Echo Lodge in Parker where we were). The trailer was FILTHY!!!! When I say filthy, I mean f'ing filthy. Broom swept, sure, but the couches and cloth material was disgustingly filthy and gross. I felt so bad for them. FILTHY FILTHY. When I got the bill from them, the final bill, they also tacked on a $50 sanitation fee they never told me about, and they originally told me the delivery fee was $100. They charged me $175. I'll be filing a small claims case against them within the timeline of the statute of limitations for a suit like this. All in all, this trailer rental RUINED my mom's very last vacation she'll ever take. She's now back home with severe back pain and bruises all over her legs from trying to get into the trailer with no light.

Problems in the trailer are as follows: -Fridge did not work the entire trip and when someone came to look at it he said "well it's down to 54 so" ‍ for anyone that doesn't know? FRIDGES SHOULD STAY AROUND 30 DEGREES!! All our food spoiled. -the shower head is a hand held that does not mount to the wall. The entire time you're showering you have to hold the hand held so it doesn't spray EVERYWHERE in the bathroom like a firehose. -The bathroom plumbing did not work. Your waste sits in the bottom of the toilet once flushed because it wasn't plumbed properly in the first place so it doesn't run down hill. I'm a plumber, I would know. -The entire place was absolutely FILTHY and completely outdated and run down. I don't mind if something is clearly "used" or a "rental" but I mean it's INSANE -We rented a "2 bedroom trailer". We have 4 adults, so this shouldn't have been a problem. Attached is a photo of the sorry excuse they give you for a bed. It's a bent sack out metal frame that someone stuck an oversized dog bed on. Literally. A big cotton pad like for a dog. -Whoever set up the trailer had zero idea what he was doing. A trailer shouldn't rock and sway like your in a boat on the river, but ours did. -There is one light on the outside of the trailer and it's the equivalent to a small blinker mounted on the top right of the trailer. A 4 inch orange circle that puts off a small amber glow. My point: IT WAS GOOD FOR NOTHING! We're in a highly snake populated area, you NEED light for general safety purposes. -The main stairs at the front door were falling off. I took my tool set with me (luckily) and was able to tighten everything up, as well as stabilizing it with a large rock Well worth the money to go on vacation and have to work repairs on the trailer I PAID to stay in -I'm not usually one for long reviews but if I can save ANYONE from dealing with the insanity that is this rental company? Then time well spent. It does not get worse than "HAVA BLAST" rentals. If this is how you run your business? It's time to close up shop because this is EMBARRASSING. I would leave zero stars but it isn't an option.

Before posting, here's a draft you can edit if you'd like:…read more I hate leaving bad reviews, but this experience deserves one. First, let me say that I'm not a high-maintenance traveler. I stay at budget motels like Motel 6 all the time, so I'm not expecting luxury. We stayed at Fox RV Resort last year, so we knew exactly what we were booking--a dated RV with 1990s decor and basic amenities. Last year, our only issue was that the grill had no propane. This year was a completely different story. We arrived on an extremely hot day only to find that the RV had no power. It was unbearably hot inside, and after checking the breakers ourselves, nothing worked. We called the main number, and someone came down to turn the power on. He even acknowledged that it should have been turned on before we arrived. Once we started unpacking, we noticed the back window was covered with a piece of cardboard to block out light. Then we discovered the bathroom smelled like raw sewer. After reading older Yelp reviews, I realized this has apparently been an ongoing issue with this same trailer for years. Next, we found out there was no grill, even though the website advertises one. We had brought a cooler full of food specifically to grill during our stay. We called and were told someone would bring one over. Forty minutes later, still no grill, so my husband called again. The owner answered sounding irritated and basically snapped that it would get there. Later that night, around 9 p.m., the Wi-Fi wasn't working. We weren't upset--we just wanted to make sure there wasn't a switch or something inside the RV that needed to be turned on. Instead of helping us, the owner answered the phone by saying, "Do you know what time it is?" He then went on a rant about how we'd already called twice that day with complaints before telling us to "pack your shit and go." My husband stayed remarkably calm. I honestly would have hung up. The owner also told us, "This isn't the Ritz." No kidding. We weren't expecting the Ritz. We were expecting the amenities that were advertised and basic customer service. The issues with the RV were frustrating, but things happen. What made this experience completely unacceptable was the owner's attitude. I've never been spoken to by a business owner that way in my life. If you value even basic customer service, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
