From our very first conversation with Phill, we were sold. It was clear that he wasn't just interested in booking another job, he genuinely wanted to get to know us as people. In the end, working with Phill was one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding process. We were absolutely blown away by the final product. He went above and beyond what was outlined in the contract, and he delivered the final product ahead of schedule. Everything in the videos, from the drone shots, time lapse shots, to song choices, was perfect. Our wedding videos are now some of our most treasured possessions and we can't wait to watch them back over the years. What impressed us most was Phill's obvious passion for his craft. Even during our first intro call, before we had booked him, Phill spent an hour getting to know us, understanding our style, and really diving into what we were looking for. He's such a pleasure to speak with, and it was clear how much thought he was putting into every detail. Even though he's been to our venue many times, he took the time to ask us about our favorite aspects of the place, why we chose it, and what vibe we were hoping to capture. He is also so prompt in his responses and always sent reminder emails which completely put me at ease which we did not always get from all of our other vendors. We were a bit nervous about how it would feel to have a camera following us around, but we barely noticed Phill at all on the day. We didn't feel awkward in the slightest, and he made the whole experience so enjoyable. You'd expect I'd get our first dance included right? Nope! It sure was not. My fault for not reading the contract and not seeing our first dance would not be part of the wedding video. I just assumed it would since it's a big part of our wedding. If we want our first dance video we'd have to pay them more money... this saddens me. Kristi and Trevor are the sweetest humans I have ever met. I initially booked them for my wedding before meeting them simply because three of my friends HIGHLY recommended them. After speaking with Kristi over the phone, she truly made me feel like we could trust them with capturing our special day and her and Trevor did just that. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us in every way possible. They both had such a positive energy it made it very easy to be around them and enjoy our day especially when things can get a bit stressful during a wedding. Kristi and Trevor knew how much capturing my sparkler exit meant to me. My photographer and I initially discussed capturing it however there were some changes made with the schedule/timeline which resulted in coverage ending at 9:30pm and I couldn't figure out a way to make it work as my sparkler exit was scheduled for 11:45pm. I ended up having to ask friends and family to capture this special moment for us by taking their pictures and videos on their phones. It wasn't until my husband and I walked towards the end of the sparklers when I saw Kristi and Trevor standing there with their video cameras... I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT!!!!!! I was so shocked and confused, I immediately ran up to them and asked what they were doing back. They explained to me that after their shift ended they had to go pick up their kids and get gas and since they knew how much this meant to me they rushed back over to make sure they didn't miss it. I immediately started to cry, I could not believe these two went out of their way to come back and capture something that was probably only about 2-3 minutes long... But those 2-3 minutes made our entire night and it is something we will NEVER forget.
