Took an old cracked photo to get digitally restored, but the completed work was only ok. For the cost of the job, I expected much better results especially after he discussed the meticulous and high quality work that he does. There were still light cracks showing in the restored photo. Also had some 8x10 photos scanned only. The cost of the scans were pretty high. Since I was pressed for a deadline, I went ahead and had him do the work. Some of the photos were not the original size and the sides were cropped. I ended up using my HP printer and scanned the photos at 600 DPI to achieve the same results of the full 8x10 photos. I was told how long it would take to complete the work but he finished the job very quickly and gave me the files sooner than expected. If you are not pressed for a deadline, I recommend taking your time to research other places and make sure you get what you want. read more

I was so happy to find a company that could repair a cassette tape for me. My older daughter is turning 40 the end of May and I found the cassette that I had made when she was just a baby. Emanuel was able to repair the tape and make a copy as well as downloading it onto a thumb drive. I was so excited to hear my Mom's voice talking to my daughter and I was crying when I heard it. I came to Emanuel for help in putting together a Christmas DVD of my niece and nephew for a lot of my family members. It came out exactly they way I wanted it to. I had a lot of clips from my I-Phone and camcorder that I needed organized and edited. The editing and suggestions he made helped me with the vision for how I wanted it laid out. Emmanuel very competently transferred over 100 of my old DVD and VHS family films made up to 30 years ago to a 2 Tb external drive, for long-term storage. I was then able to copy this drive to other 2 Tb drives and give them to my children as gifts. This had been a project I had intended to do for several years, knowing that particularly the VHS tapes would deteriorate and I would lose all the family films.
