For the most part the cashiers are nice, but I had grandma going for me and she said that a cashier about a week ago gave her problems. I always give her cash to pay with and we were being charged $30 the vape fluid the first few times, come to find out a cashier told her we have been over charged it's supposed to be $20 for the fluid when you pay cash. She also gave a card wrote down everything for us a signed it. Thank God I took a pic and sent it with grandma because a different worker was so rude, wouldn't give her a stamped card after paying and was going to over charge her. Props to Grandma who stood her ground and paid the $20. It was only one person we had complications with and who knows maybe they were having a rough day. Over all I've been going there for a few months now and I appreciate their hard work especially the owner, I called before my first purchase and he was amazing, knew what I was talking about and was kind as well as patient. I hope to keep going to only this store its easier if you have a one stop not that far from home. Thank you all for everything you do.

I noticed Ashton, Romeo & Juliet, CAO, and a few machine rolled such as Capones. The humidity was well kept as all the cigars I bought had a good soft feel. The staff was helpful and attentive. I asked for a few suggestions such as medium to mild cigars and I was very satisfied with what was suggested.

Rude. Dismissive. Imperious (in the extreme). The woman working was a piece of work. I told the woman I had been vaping for over 4 years now. After saying this, I found it very odd how surprised she was to see that I had heard of nearly every brand she carried. Maybe she was new to vaping, or just had no idea what she was talking about. We'll go with the latter She went over several fruit flavored juices, even though I said I was into bakery flavors. She got to one juice and said "This one is max VG, so that basically means it's all natural". That's not what it means. AT ALL. She kept opening brand new bottles and had me smell them... Then, this is where it gets good. Or bad.... She opens a bottle and puts a few drops on her hand and proceeds to rub it into her skin with her finger. She says "This is what we do. This is how you get a real good smell of the juice". YOU DO NOT PUT EJUICE ON YOUR SKIN! This woman is completely shot out and has no clue what she's doing or talking about! I was blown away by my "experience" here. I also felt VERY pressured into buying something. If you're going to sell a product, do your research! All their juice is made in America, so you know that there aren't any harmful additives. The juice selection is insane! So many to choose from some times its hard to pick. The staff are super helpful in asking questions to get you pointing towards flavors that are just what you're looking for. Great selection of SMOK (personal fav) mods/tanks/coils coming directly from SMOK so you don't have to worry about it being a clone. Staff is super knowledgeable regarding vapes, and all the stuff that goes with it. So many unique, visually stunning pieces of glass. A lot of highly technical, yet still awesome to look at stuff. Ranging from chillums all the way up to triple perc water pieces. So much stuff in here it would take all day to see everything. They also have a ton of roll your own cigarette stuff. I don't do that personally, but the selection is massive, and the prices are much lower than I was expecting. Bunch of cigars, kept in humidity controlled cases with the hygrometer where you can see it so you know it'll taste the way it's supposed to. All in all it's a great store with helpful staff. "No Cannabis" is written in big marker on a sign on the front door. Enter to find another handwritten sign next to the cash which reads "NO, we do NOT sell cannabis here... P.s. We found this hilarious and giggled to our heart's delight as the vendor there at our visit regaled us with stories of having to repeat those same phrases a billion times a day via phone, text, Instagram, email, FB you name it! Apparently despite being reassured to the contrary people feel the need to ask if they're SURE, like really, really, REALLY SURE they don't sell pot. Hahahaha too funny. But in case you were wondering: NO THEY REALLY DO NOT SELL POT HERE! They do sell everything else you may need for that fun loving pothead in your entourage. Super reasonable prices (almost a steal actually at these prices! I had to remind the guy we're in 2019 lol) we managed to buy a beautiful large glass bong for a family member's Christmas gift at 75$ tax included of course (on the reserve) AND they even threw in a free gift since our purchase was over 50$! We were asked to choose one of 5 items available as gifts all of which were more than generous offerings! The item we chose (a handheld electric grinder) was a 20$ value! Free stuff rawx! They had a bazillion different pipes, bongs, vapes, papers, incense, paraphernalia etc which I absolutely cannot wait to spoil some of my other stoner friends with! Service here is actually even better than most headshops where usually the employees are too stoned to be anything more than moderately helpful and entertaining. Having been to hundreds of headshops I was quite worried coming here with the reviews talking about nasty service, but out of convenience sake we checked it out anyways and I'm so glad we did!
