Then they kept raising It bi monthly and it is now at $200/month. Which is the same as the original larger size that we had. Which was the size of a large bedroom. This one is the size of a small closet. We have called and they told us it's dynamic pricing and all storage companies do it. And then, "Our rent goes up too". Well it's not an apartment and rents don't usually go up that quickly. It is usually yearly or bi yearly. I hate dynamic pricing. Airlines do it also. My job even does it once and awhile and I find it embarrassing when I have to explain it to customers. IMO if you are doing well why raise prices? It's not like they are raising our salaries when they do well. I was going to keep it longer at the $70 price even though it is still a waste of money. But $200?? Now I have to fly down there and close it up. My bad for not planning better the first time but my Dad was dying and we were more focused on that. But I recommend not getting storage lockers if you can help it.

I'm at a loss for all the increases and lack of compassion for long time senior renters. I am nervous for it to go up again before I can get down there and empty it. When I called to ask why it keeps going up she said they have competitive dynamic pricing. So as soon as I can get a flight to FL I will have to get rid of my storage. If it were more economical I would just keep it. Not their fault but when I went to down size both dumpsters were filled to the top with personal information from a guy who had a unit for his accounting business. We had to make many trips to other places to dispose of any garbage. The very nice employee explained what happened but it was definitely frustrating.

The facility is clean, air conditioned, required a code to get in, lots of security cameras so I felt safe even after hours. They sell locks, packing materials, have quality carts for your use, a clean restroom and water fountains. Plenty of room in the parking lot to navigate your vehicle and load / unload.
