So it was going to get dark and this road I was on had deer warning signs everywhere and after 2 came out in front of me I thought I'm not going to drive any further. So a bit later I cane across a tiny town that low and behold there was a motel with a VACANT sign. Do I stopped and with a bit of trepidation headed in to the "office" . I was greeted by a very nice lady who immediately put me at ease. I asked how much a room would be and it was $50 so for me that was worth not hitting a deer. So I paid, we talked a little, and I headed to my room. The place was cute and I especially liked the bed spreads which were had made quilts made out of Jeans!!! Awesome craftsmanship. I walked across the highway to the diner across the street and had a good meal and cane back showered and watch tv and had a greats nights rest. I avoided many deer that night too since when I left in the morning I saw several on the road that were hit the night before :( the room was clean and warm and cozy and covered all my needs for the evening. They have a teepee and covered wagon out front that were kinda cool when I saw them the next morning too.

Great spot for what you get $40 a night take a look at the photos so accommodating and homey great gem along the side of the highway

This one is dead, but I didn't kill it, nor did the zapper! Left there from the last victims

Post shut down of hwy to Jackson WY from Denver CO with my two kids and myself due to huge forest fires, I slugged my way in when I saw vacancy lit up. The couple at the front desk were super nice and asked all about my trip and kids so I gave her a go. The front of the rooms were dirty and cluttered. Enter room- more of the same with several types of bugs flying and crawling. These were a fun mascot to the 6 year old son who instantly was overcome with his, at that moment super power, bug zapper. The end of the world to the 8 year old daughter. Now that the kids are asleep, I must confess, I can't sleep because that bug may eat me, and THE ZAPPER is snoring. They were nice though.

My girlfriend and I stopped here coming back from the Tetons, and it is a perfect place to sleep on a travel day.

Best parts: Spotless hotel-I thought the hotel was possibly brand new but it's not-it's like 16 years old. Beautifully clean in every way, no matter where you look. They even mopped the (spotless) pool deck while we were there. Great pool, super hot spa (only for 15 minutes!), we liked it so much we stayed an extra day just to relax. Wonderful, helpful, kind hotel staff. Deluxe, extensive choices for breakfast-best buffet I've seen at a hotel also. Eggs and ham? Yes! Biscuits and gravy-oh yeah! Cereals, oatmeal bar with all kinds of nuts and fruit to add. Yep! Breads and bagels and muffins and Nutella. Yass! Enjoy cow milk or plant based milks? They had 4 choices!! Juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, vanilla steamer etc? It's all there and it's all included in your stay! I have no affiliation with the company or its employees, and no one asked me to leave a review-we just really enjoyed our stay. I came back to California and told all of my friends about the hotel, haha! Just incase they go to Wyoming.

It was clean, good water pressure, great parking, centrally located, easy to get to, and Crystal made breakfast so enjoyable. Room 303 had water out of shower head and faucet at the same time & the towels are rough, BUT IT IS SUPER CLEAN!!! SAY HI TO CRYSTAL AT BREAKFAST. She was so polite, helpful, personable, and sincerely appreciated our tip for good service. We would stay here again when fossil hunting in American Fossil Quarry.

We stayed in both the Safari suite (don't recommend due to it's proximity to the main area, unless it's going to be a quiet night at the Inn) and the Nautical family suite. Both were very comfortable, modern and decorated nicely for the theme. Each had a fireplace and large screen TV with DVD player. There is also a game room, and a decent selection of free DVD's and books to borrow; as well as a couple of common areas with sofas, fireplace and big screen TV. The chef, Brittany was a big surprise for such a small city . Can't say enough about the food in Kersama Restaurant, so I'll just say everything we had over the course of the two night stay was excellent. Her husband Jesse worked well with her and served as the bartender and waiter, provided great service. Carol, one of the owners, was the perfect hostess. We had one slight glitch, and it was rectified immediately with no question. She was like a personal tour guide, suggesting where to go and what to do. Bear Lake is beautiful, and this is a wonderful place to stay if you are in the area.

Its management was very friendly and responsive and accommodating. Due to some miscoordination, we showed-up one day later than we had planned, but its managers readily refunded us and then recharged us. Its common areas, including both its mid-level kitchen and its upper-level den, were all lovely and wonderfully-comfortable and cozy with gas fireplaces---and we appreciated its decks with ample welcoming benches. Its rooms were well-maintained and beautiful and exceptionally clean with marvelous window views of the surrounding mountains. And its beds were very cozy. It had some nice big-screen television sets that we didn't use on this particular trip. Plus, it had large bathtubs that could accommodate couples. For all of this, its price was excellent. And it was easy to find. It was only several minutes from the Limber Pine hiking trail, and about 15 minutes from Garden City with its lakeside vistas and famous raspberries. Overall, it was a great experience for a great price, and we're both eager to return sometime.

It is definitely a place to check out if you're into snowmobiling but I did enjoy the views, relaxing and how remote it is. The rooms are very cozy and good size, would have loved to have a fire place but it is not a place meant for people to stay in their rooms. There's a large common room on the third floor where there is a big fire place, a TV , books and games to check out, all with a nice view. I loved loved loved the dinner and breakfast that you can include with your room package. The food tasted like delicious homemade food and the family style dining was very nice. There is a small skiing resort very close by if you wanted to go skiing or snowboarding. I may not have gone snowmobiling but I really enjoyed having time to enjoy the views and relax after a long work week. The staff is very nice and you feel right at home. I recommend this place :)
