My concerns were primarily about the quality of the finished product, not being a custom-built product. My shed had to be constructed on-site as it could not be maneuvered around everything else on my property but Chad and his helper came down from Scio and made it happen. My takeaways were that the materials were first-rate and Chad and his helper's attention to detail was exceptional. Honestly, I could not have asked for a better experience. The finished product is rock-solid and obviously made to last. If I had one suggestion to offer, it would be that they offer a turn-key solution for foundation and finishing (paint/stain) as part of the build on site option as I had to research and make that happen on my own, but I can understand that each market is different and it might not make business sense for them to be able to offer that. So if you want a shed/workshop/playhouse/possible ADU, etc. ,these folks come highly recommended. My thanks to Mori & Jose for a very smooth transaction and to Chad and his helper for such a great experience and great final outcome. Shady business practice is best. On two different occasions I have given them the opportunity to…read moregain my business from you know other rental places in town. First time was with a small tractor. I didn't know you had to have a tool on the back of the small ones as a counter balance so when they said they had a tool on it I don't really need the tool. I just need to move gravel. Nobody bothered to explain it so they took the tool off and I had a tractor that would almost roll over, but anyhow that's my ignorance And their lack of Customer Service. However, the other problem with this tractor is that it would intermittently lose power and not start or not keep running and they had to come and pick that up before the job is done. Even with this happening, I gave a second chance I had a step down Leitchfield I was doing And we went and rented the skid steer 90% of the operation time we put on that machine was trying to get it out of the mud after it sucked itself down in because it lost all hydraulic features. It was literally passing over something that would've taken a two second count, had it not just conveniently blown the main hydraulic line up underneath inside the skid steer. It took us three snatch blocks cables, 2 inches two trucks and everything that poor little friggin skid steer had left in it. We had to type back tie both the trucks to get this thing out of the sink because it broke down on it now that was like I said that was probably about 85%% of our Operating time right there. So when the delivery driver came to pick it up, he let us know the owner was trying to fix it. I guess it's pretty in-depth you have to either take off the bottom of the skid steer somehow get up in. It was gone for two or three days. The owner himself called me. I think his name is Kody to tell me we're gonna fix it not to worry about it then he'd have it back to us in good working order. It came back OK hemorrhaging just the same. I think we ran it. Maybe an hour or two I'm not exactly sure and that was the rest of our operating time right now I still have there were 10 gallons of hydraulic fluid we put in that thing alone just to get it to where we can get it towed out of there for them plus trying to operate it. I still have it bleaching out of my ground unfortunately the area where in and where all our livestock is located is down in the same area so not only that I have an open Leach field. In other words nobody was using any kind of bathroom or shower during the holidays also had livestock around open well evanescence as they call it. This man sent me a bill that I thought I thought it was a joke quite frankly, because never could we get anything done with it. In fact, it was sitting here when the good working skid steer that we rented from another place in town, who we exclusively go to now, but brought theirs into us and we got what we needed done in less than a day and a half. This man tried to charge us for everything. Anyhow I got one Bill never got a secondary never got a reminder never got a 30 day late got sent straight to collections. So all right this has been over a year. It's just now gotten into collections and I tried to call the owner. He wouldn't take my call. I left my message and name my phone number. I've done this three times and the coward will not take the call so I'll be forced to take other action on this but what I can tell you is that you rent at your own risk from a bunch of meat heads that redneck engineer shit together and not very well and the owner of this place is not willing to pay somebody who knows what they're doing and has a facility to repair these kinds of things. In my humble opinion, their equipment is not safe there advice is not sound and they're in it for the money it's shady. I have never in my life. Had such a poor experience with a rental company. I mean, I feel like I bought a watch out that guy in the alley in the trenchcoat that goes wanna buy a watch you know what I mean doesn't work. Doesn't even have hands on it. No no it works buddy. Trust me anyhow yeah so like I said, I've still got hydraulic fluid bleaching out of my ground where I have livestock, and this guy has sent me to collections. He must make his mommy proud.

I rented a reciprocating saw, took it to a project site and found it didn't work. It had loose…read morewires going to the plug and you had to hold the cord at a certain angle to even get it to come on at all. It was really an unsafe old tool that needed to be thrown away. I took it back the next day and explained to them the situation and the guy at the counter went and talked to his manager then came back and told me it was $15 for the rental. I told him it didn't seem right to be charged for a tool that didn't work and in a snarky way told me I could have brought it back the previous day. The manager didn't come out, they didn't even try to plug it in and see what I was talking about. I've rented from them before and it was fine but never again.
