Jordan is very unprofessional in his behavior. During construction Jordan verbally abused one of our board members and two other owners who were present during a progress discussion. We had to ask him to leave the property. 2. Make sure if you use them that your plans are part of the details in the quote. We provided drawings and pictures with details documented. These were also submitted to the city and were approved as the details for the build. His bid ultimately did not reference this document which led to disputes on what was to be built. At one point we had to frame out one of the concrete walls ourselves to get the project done. 3. The concrete work is subpar. The main retaining wall, which was framed as a straight wall, is now curved. Their forms bulged during the setting process and they failed to correct it in time. The finish work, which was to be brushed concrete is a mess. Air pockets on the surface, deep form impressions and uneven surfaces is what we ended up with. When they came out to clean it up and make it right it just got worse. We paid them but I don't see us using them again unless they are willing to make it look like it should. Pictures don't lie.
