But, like I said, I had a warranty and the work feel under the warranty and I was told to go to a authorized Chevrolet dealership. I have been past here on many occasions, but never even thought twice about looking at this business. I hate car shopping and I am surprised that there are so many dealerships out there. However I was lucky to not have to shop. I called ahead of time to set up my appointment and surprisingly was in for the work within two days. The reason I wasn't in the next day was because I had to wait for the part to be delivered. The check in process was really easy, only a few forms to sign and my car was in for service. The customer service here was top notch. They made sure that I was comfortable before proceeding with my work. Now, you have two options here. You can sit and wait, or you can take a short walk to the nearby plaza and be called when you vehicle is finished. I opted for a little bit of both. I was heading to work after my appointment here so I decided to dash over to the plaza quickly and pick up some snacks for my lunch. I did give my cell number just in case they needed to get in touch with me while I was gone. After my quick trip to the plaza I headed back to the dealership. There is a small waiting area with a row of chairs in front of a television. I believe that there is coffee and water available, I'm not sure as I am not a coffee fan. Another thing to help pass your time while you wait is that they have free Wifi for customers. Once my vehicle was fixed I received a paper copy of the work done, one more signature and I was out the door.

The machine was broke before using it. Then they would not honor a return/exchange so we had to pay to fix it. The second time the machine broke I myself called them and was told they would accept the return but I needed to have it serviced first. We then went through the whole process(email manufacture) to take it in for repair, and upon receiving it back the extractor was doing the same issue! I demanded a full refund and was given the run around. I now am fighting for a full refund with Citibank, I have the BBB involved, and my next course of action will be my attorney. Detail now has the water extractor in their possession, they sent me a label to return it, delivered to them 3/27/23, and yet they still have not returned my $1529.52. I now am paying for a broken piece of junk that was returned to the merchant with the label provided by the company. SO WHERE IS MY REFUND?!!
