This place is always somewhat of a nightmare. The employees use the same rag on your door jam and…read morethen wipe the paint. The guy today used the wipe rags from a previous vehicle on mine. Nothing like using the dirt to scratch the paint! Paid for the top package, no under blast, not tire shine, basic wash for the top package that was 16 or 18 bucks. The mirrors on some trucks today are power folding, every time I go through I power fold them in, and then they start yanking on them as soon as I'm out. Oil changed there a few times. They used some Chinese junk oil filter that leaked. I assumed it was a problem with my truck, went to the dealer to find out they used some Chinese oil filter that leaked from how the filter was assembled. Cost me 150 bucks at the dealer to remedy the situation after spending 80 bucks on their oil change. I Complained and it fell of def ears. This place could be great. The employees need more training, and parts that are at least made in this country.

Spray baby spray! All of the elements did their job well today. Wax was waxy, soap was soapy, and spot free rinse was pretty spotty. Only gripe is the time warp of the timer. 4 minutes, In car wash world, is not 4 minutes. Try 2:30, maybe. Why can't time be one thing I can't get ripped off on? For those of you who don't like to get out f the car, the touch less wash was $12, $10, $8, and $6 for differing levels of service. $26 gets you unlimited washes for a month. And gift cards - and if you are really loyal to your car wash, $10 tee shirts are available. On this busy saturday, the owner and two employees were out, selling extra detailing items, salting areas that had become icy, directing cars to available bays, and overseeing their kingdom effeciently. Seems they are trying to provide a good service to Lititz. I'm not sure I'll drive the 8 miles from Ephrata to wash my car here, but denizens of fair Lititz, clean thy chariot with confidence at the Lititz Car Wash. Suds, spray, and service abound.

AutoZone sold me now 3, YES 3 defective engines. The 3rd motor made it to 500 miles, the 1st oil…read morechange after breakin period. When I took it to my technician who works on 12 of my families cars, He sends me pictures of the oil leak and tells me the ticking noises wasn't in my head, a lifter was ticking. If a lifter is ticking at the engines 1st oil change at 500 miles, what is it going to sound like at 2000 miles ? This is the quality of engines they sell : - 1st engine lasted 972 miles -2nd engine lasted 200 miles - 3rd engine lasted 500 miles The truck was purchased in May 2021, it's now May 2023. To date, I've put under 12,000 miles on it. Considering the average person puts 15,000 miles on a vehicle in a YEAR, I am none too happy that my truck has been in the shop more than in my driveway. AutoZone's engine supplier required a insane amount of tests that needed to be performed before they would approve a replacement ( please see my earlier review ). I have been in contact with the district manager and his boss, the area director requesting this matter be resolved. Bob, the area, director seemed he wasn't happy with the how my ordeal has been handled and told me he'd look into it and call me back. That call hasn't come. The only person who was helpful was Crystal ( I think that's her name ) the commercial sales manager. She did all she could do, and then some. Her bosses, not so much. I hope my situation helps someone make an informed decision when buying anything from AutoZone in the future.
