Tiles were left very wet. The service to the shower are did not get everything clean. After it dried, there was a film left on the surface. I will now have to go back and clean that up. The carpet cleaning was done to your standards but not to mine. It was sprayed then quickly vacuumed up. Not a thorough job. The last cleaning we had was with Zerorez. It was a lot better and I will go back to them in the future. The technician tried to keep selling me additional services which I didn't appreciate. I paid $380 for the service that was to be $215.
