It was after hours and the temperature was 86 in my house. I called Pruett ac again. I spoke to Josh. He came out really fast. He was very young but he worked like a total professional. He had a great touch. He worked very fast but didn't leave until the ac unit was working. He went to write the bill and asked if Pruett had been out today. He told me that he was going to call his supervisor about the bill because they had been out there today. After hours service call is $89.00. He came back and said that they were going to only charge for the part installed. I was so very pleased that he thought about the charge and called his supervisor about the the after hour service call.
