We had been having a lot of rain over the week I was scheduled for service. They were fantastic at rescheduling! When the tech got here he was dressed in the company uniform (still wearing the Covid mask) and extremely polite and communicative. I asked him to be sure and get under the evergreen in the front yard and to please go around our shed in the backyard because I had seen a LOT of tiny ants out there. Living far away from my mother, she sent me pictures and it appeared that all she really needed was the actual hanging of the door. Her friend did a lot of work installing the track, but the door was heavy unfortunately and his back gave out on him towards what he thought was the end stages of the project. I called King of Kings Service, and Israel said he could swing by and finish handing the door the next day. He quoted a very reasonable fee as well! Well, unbeknownst to us, Israel walked into a bigger mess than we had thought. The track wasn't hung correctly as thought, so he had to come back out and spent a great deal more time than expected. My mom is on a fixed income, but Israel worked with her on the final cost of the project, and my mom couldn't be more happy with Israel or the new barn door he installed for her closet! Diego came out on Saturday & gave us a reasonable price & was able to accommodate our limited timeframe. Diego's motto is "we're not done until you're happy" & was very responsive to our "what about this/that". What we didn't clarify when he originally came out was the cactus. We thought that the quote for the cleanup included the way over-grown cactus, but alas, it didn't. Diego explained after he was done that the cleanup for the cactus was much more work.
