I get it, sometimes checks bounce, and if a business keeps the lines of communication open I will work with them. So I waited a week or two. Then called the office and spoke to the office manager. That was it, nothing. Since then they have not returned my calls and will not get back to me. Today, the office number has been disconnected. the mobile number is still active and the owner still will not answer my calls. If in the event I ever get paid, I will update my review, but as of right now I doubt that's going to happen.

We requested a replacement for the large (approximately 7-foot square) front window of our house…read more The view from this window is out to the Organ Mountains and is one of the main reasons we selected this house to buy. It had been constructed of three separate double-paned sections, with two dividers between the sections. Over the years, the center section had developed a leak between its panes, and had degraded considerably, leaving a very murky and unattractive overall view. We interviewed different local companies for repair / replacement, but we we could not arrive at an acceptable plan that balanced quality and cost---until we sat down and talked at length with Window World's representative. He was very knowledgeable about all the elements of windows, the concerns we had about climate-related features for desert homes, and reasonable price-ranges for our budget. In the end, we chose a single, double-paned window that allowed an unobstructed view, with specially tempered and internally buffered glass appropriate for the desert. As this was a large, specialty window, we were advised that the glass would require several weeks to arrive. This was the case, but we were updated during that time about the arrival time. The glass arrived during the week they had identified, so we set up a time and day for the installation. The installers arrived on time, and set about expeditiously. They were very professional and polite in all of the exchanges we had during that time. They also detached, and then re-installed, the window shades. The result was a new, very attractive window that achieved the kind of view we had envisioned. We were very satisfied with the quality of the window, the professionalism of the Window World staff we had encountered, and the manner in which they listened carefully to our expectations. Of course, this is still early in the time since installation (about two months), but the warranties appear solid, and, should something fail in the window, we would expect the similar "get-it-done" attitude that we received on the front end of this transaction. With that proviso, we would highly recommend Window World.

My sister was checking on the house while I was away and about 3 weeks after the window was fixed her found a crack from one corner down about 12 inches long. I called for several days and around the third day I received a return call. I explained the window crack and was told that the warranty with their supplier was only good for a month??? and they had NO guarantee on the work done!! I would recommend that you do not use this company and shop around for a company you can count on to fix any mistakes they make to the customer satisfactions.
