My husband and I are in the process of purchasing the house we've been renting with the option to buy. Frank came to do the inspection on this property. He arrived on time and wearing a mask-which was appreciated. He introduced himself and went over with me what the inspection would cover-interior and exterior of the house. As my husband works out of town, I wasn't sure I'd be comfortable with the laundry list of questions he'd left for me to ask the inspector but Frank assured me that after his initial inspection, we would do a walk through together and we could address those questions and anything else that came up. Frank answered all of the questions on the walk through and I learned a lot of valuable information because he listened to my questions and answered them in terms I understood. He was very patient with me-I asked a lot of questions! He showed me certain areas or issues that should be addressed in a more timely fashion than others and pointed out other issues that weren't as critical. (all of which would be addressed in his inspection report.) Frank was able to generate for both my husband and myself by the end of the day an emailed full and very thorough inspection report. We were able to review it together that evening. I highly recommend Frank Nelson. He did a great job for us.
