The vise did not come in its original sealed packaging. It was delivered from another SW store, which they wrapped in literally trash. The vise looked used and when you buy anything new it comes with paper work (manual, accessories, warranty, etc), but supposedly according to their website it was shipped from another SW store and was probably a used or turned in by another unhappy customer. I took pictures of the packaging and the store manager at the Farmington NM store didn't have an explanation or offer me any options. This is very concerning and disappointing. I was so upset that I wrote to the SW customer service as soon as I left the store, which was within 5 mins, that's how upset I was. It takes years to build a good customer relationship, but it only takes a few mins to lose a loyal customer. Update: 5/16/24 Today a member from the Sportsman's Warehouse management team reached out to me and I was glad I got an actual call back and they explained what had happened and clarified some questions.
