Perry told me that he would be by today, and sounded friendly on the phone, and happy to assist. I sent him my address as requested, and not a world back, and 10 hours later no show. I understand people get busy but communication, and letting us know you could not have make it would have been the right thing to do as a business owner. I am glad he did not show after all because if this is how he operates, I can only assume the quality of work could be in question too. Nelly, who handles all the administration and invoicing, is responsive and I appreciated her communications greatly during the process. After the pool was filled and we paid in full, we had concerns about the mini pebble not binding with the concrete shell; Sergio sent out his plaster technician in a timely manner to inspect. We have been reassured that if there are any issues with the mini pebble due to defects with installation, we should feel rest assured that it will be resolved. We feel confident in SilverRock Pools and that is so important when you pay a large sum of money on a project. Would definitely recommend.

Our spa had turned into a green, algae-filled mess that looked like a swamp, and we were honestly considering draining it for good. But All American Pools came out and did an acid wash that completely transformed it. They were professional, on time, and explained the entire process so we knew what to expect. The acid wash removed every trace of algae and stains, and within hours, our spa went from murky green to a stunning crystal blue -- it looks brand new! Eddie is very unprofessional and super rude. He's not communicative at all, pops an attitude anytime you bring anything up, and doesn't show up when he says he will. As you can see in the text messages, I have never once been rude or confrontational. In the end, Eddie ends up blocking me before allowing me to talk back to him after what he told me. First of all, if you can't show up on Fridays, DONT TELL CUSTOMERS YOU WILL. Also, DONT TRY TO OVERCHARGE PEOPLE! I don't recommend this company at all. Stay away by all means. If I could give -10 stars, I would.
