I see from the comments after I talked to Pete this morning about servicing our pool that he had a history of not showing up. Perry told me that he would be by today, and sounded friendly on the phone, and happy to assist. I sent him my address as requested, and not a world back, and 10 hours later no show. I understand people get busy but communication, and letting us know you could not have make it would have been the right thing to do as a business owner. I am glad he did not show after all because if this is how he operates, I can only assume the quality of work could be in question too. This is a great company , I can tell because the owner kindly asked me to remove my bad review which was actually for a different company! I left a review that was meant to be for someone in a completely different town and this company politely messaged me to clarify. I was supposed to get an estimate guy never showed never called I don't recommend this business at all

I hired Pete about three years ago and never once has he let me down. He's always on time he always does what he says he's going to do and if there is a problem that needs to be fixed he will make sure that it gets done. He always goes above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied and he's an all-around great friendly guy. His prices are unbeatable and the service is even better. I honestly don't like leaving bad reviews, but I have to here. My fiancé tried hiring him to clean his pool for about a week.. he kept telling him he will get to him over and over. He was suppose to show up today at noon, never did. We called him & then said 4pm never did.. it was all B.S and just bad business. We do not recommend him at all. Now tomorrow we have a home inspection and this will not be done, he just really screwed us here. He just should of told us straight out he couldn't make it knowing we had this deadline. read more

Pete is an awesome guy! Great customer service and very understanding. He shows up when he's supposed to. Does a great job of making the pool shine. Even when the pool is filled with leaves after a wind storm he will stay hours to make sure the pool is clean! I've have other poop services. But by far Pete is the best! I called to set an appointment to have them come clean my pool but the owner was very rude and refused to schedule an appointment. She just wanted to do it then and there the same day as I called. Made me feel stupid and just told me to call back when I was ready to have my pool cleaned. read more

Fired Pete because I Caught him Pissing in my yard but before I caught Pete pissing in my yard he was not showing up when he was supposed to. To make matters worst I asked him how often he had pissed in my yard he responded and I quote "I try to be discrete about it". I was floored because apparently this was a normal occurrence and he didn't see anything wrong with taking a piss in my yard when he felt like it. read more

He's been doing my pool for a couple of months now, he takes his time when he cleans it, not like some other companies that just bang them out as fast as possible. He will also bring to your attention any repairs that need to take place and not look the other way until they become a bigger deal. read more

My husband and I FIRED this joker and his service!!! When he came to bid the job he smelt like booze and weed!! He told me it was a hot Friday?! I thought okay maybe once, but there were more I caught him smoking weed during his service?? I was not going to be reliable for his stupid stoned ass!! He wanted me to know he grew weed, sold and get whatever he wanted,,,,, I did not care or need any of this info!!!! I believe he would be a better telemarketer cause all he does is complain about everything!!!!!! I did not care for the non consistence of service and no communication! He ran my husband around about coming and servicing the pool,,,so we fired him and could not be happier who we have now!! So a word to you who are LOOKING MOVE ON!!! I recently hired this company out of desperation. Initially they were very helpful and courteous and seemed to go above and beyond to help me out with my pool. I thought they were a little pricey but since they had been so helpful thought what the heck. The first month of service which consisted of 3 weeks they missed a week of service. The second month of service they never showed. I had my secretary call to cancel the service and ask for a refund as I had already paid in full. She was told that we could just swap out a part they had loaned me instead of returning my money, now mind you the part was less money. In the meantime the part mysteriously disappeared and the hose was taped back into place and most of the screws to all the levers were taken and my skimmer baskets were broken. My secretary called to resolve the problem and was cursed at and yelled at and was told that they would not speak to her even though she was the one who hired them. This company although they started out very amicable turned into a nightmare and ended up costing me a lot of undue money and stress. I would not recommend them. read more
