Those gals who answer the phones and schedule are Saints. Dr. Jeff is a rockstar! He is one of those few doctors you come across that has by far the best bedside manner. He really takes the time to explain what's going on with your ear. He doesn't use big words or medical language you can't understand. Dr. Jeff doesn't "dumb it down" for you. Instead, he explains what is going on with your ear in a way that YOU the patient, understand. Which, as someone living with a disability who is constantly in and out of doctor's offices, meant so much to me. Sometimes when doctors speak to patients, they don't take the time to really talk one on one with their patients about what's going on. Dr. Jeff... He is on a whole different level when it comes to his kindness & patience. If you need to get your ears looked at and thinking about going to Costco- DO IT! After 30 minutes I went back up to the window and asked her if she had the information she needs and she responded "yes". I said, okay were you going to tell me? Why wouldn't she communicate that to me? I would have been sitting there for a hour or longer if I didn't say something. Then some assistant with pink and blue hair (unprofessional) said to me there are only 2 doctors here. It's busy and you will have to wait. What the hell! What receptionists say that to a patient in a doctors office. I've never been treated this horrible way at any physicians establishment. Cecola was fine. If I could just rate them, I would give them 5 stars. If you need an audiologist, this would be the place to go. The speech services were not helpful. The speech therapist was not experienced in international adoption and did not understand my daughter's history. It took almost 3 months to get my report back (after I called several, several times). I felt like I wasted my money. You're better off elsewhere for speech services. If you have a deductible plan, they expect you to pay up front (not a problem). But if your insurance pays more and you are entitled to a refund, good luck getting it! It has been a month and I'm still waiting on my refund. I get the same excuse every time I call to check on my refund, "It will be mailed on this day or that day".

Most PT practices are almost cookie cutter versions of the same thing. They come up with a list of…read morethe same exercises and then have somebody tell you to do them. Fyzical is different. To begin with, they have lots of special equipment for balance and gait training. I've had a lot of PT before and never seen this type of equipment. It has been great for both diagnosing and treating my issues. They can also test my ability and measure my progress. They can even compare it against what is normal for my age range. The other thing that they do differently is that when I walk in and tell them about something I'm having a problem with, they work on it with me. They help find me some exercises that address that specific problem. They aren't tied to an unchanging list of exercises. All of the staff is caring and I'm finally making progress with my gait and balance.
