They are pretty unreliable and even after repeated requests to give me a 2-3 day heads up before they came through the years, they would continue to send me confirmations the evening before an 8am call time. I let it go and continued to use them after so many years because I genuinely liked Rosa and her team, and thought they did a good job 90% of the time. It became super inconvenient since I started to work from home over COVID-19. Rosa became SUPER unresponsive to texts. Before she would at least answer me a couple days after I texted her to schedule, now, after COVID-19, she only responds a month later for an appointment for the next morning. I don't understand how anyone can schedule with her consistently because of these communication issues. I tried addressing it with her multiple times and even said if you just schedule me every month on the same day, that would even work better so I can know when they are coming ahead of time. She responded right away after this last message and said she would look at her schedule the next day and work on the communication issue. She hasn't followed up with her schedule and it has been several months now. So needless to say, she lost a monthly customer. I also referred a few friends to her and embarrassingly, she no showed on them! Not worth the time, stress, or hassle in trying to get her to come.

Also Rosa just has a great, comfortable 'vibe', her daughters are adorable and all 3 did an IMPECCABLE job. In fact, they even vacuumed completely under the bed. I did not expect that as its a large bed and no other cleaner has done that (nor did I ask). Rosa says that she enjoys cleaning- I believe this to be true. She obviously takes great pride in her work and is most pleasant to be around. They also did that fancy thing with folding the toilet paper like they do in upscale hotels (it was a nice touch!), not to mention she showed up exactly on time. I'm not a real stickler for that but definitely took notice. Rosa and her girls get my highest possible recommendation. And honestly I'm relieved because I tried 4 other cleaners from this site, 3 of which left much to be desired (i had to finish the cleaning) and the 4th did a very good job but then blew off our second appointment. None of my windows were even touched, my stove was not cleaned, under the beds and couch was not vacuumed or mopped, my shower was not cleaned, the outside of the toilet was left as is, there are still spots on my floor after they mopped, cobwebs on the walls after they dusted. The list goes on. If I knew this is what I would be paying for, I'd just have done the work myself like I typically do. I bought this as a gift for myself to give myself a break from all the cleaning and ended up having to do it all anyway!! I called to let the manager know and she said she will fix it. Wellspring charge by square feet, and they won't leave your house until every square foot that you pay for is cleaned (their words, not mine :D) I love how I was able to customize what needed to be cleaned, since my whole house is pretty well maintained most of the time, yet deep-cleaning is so time-consuming and that's why I need professional help, especially for areas where I can't deep clean myself (grout, bathroom tiles...) After a phone consultation with the office manager Linh, I've got an in-home estimate with the lead technician Athena. We walked through the house and I told them what rooms needed to be cleaned, the areas that bother me the most, which are tiles/ grouts. They are good to assure me that they will be cleaned, and wow they delivered the promises. My house was so clean that I forgot to write a review right away, until the mess started to build up again and made me thinking of them :) The day of cleaning, they showed up in uniforms, with equipment- cleaners organized/ labeled so neatly that I only see from Pinterest. The crew began working, and at the end, Athena did a final sign off around the house with me to make sure I was satisfied and all items are checked. After I pointed out a few areas that got neglected, they went back to work until all issues are addressed. They didn't leave my house until 7pm that day, till my house was all clean. When one person came, I asked if she was the only person coming and she said yes. So I assumed that we would be charged less. So was shocked when she asked for the original quote amount. The house was not cleaned well. Dirt in the corners etc. Supposedly the baseboards were supposed to be cleaned, which they weren't. She didn't have cleaning products, I had to supply my own. She didn't even clean the front of our fridge! Yet, we were charged the amount that was to pay for 2 people. When I reached out to the owner, I never got a response, which pretty much says it all..... Really feel as though we were conned. Have had other services when living in Seattle that were all superior to this company. Their 'deep cleaning' thing is a total sham, and I am annoyed that I fell for it.
