Probably one of the easiest and most thorough cleaning companies we've ever used for a move, and we've used a few, in a number of different states and countries. Extremely proprofessional and organized. We just coordinate key pick up local and they took care of EVERYTHING else. The ladies who arrived for the clean were there right on time with all the equipment needed and were able to clean the place in way less time than we expected. We used Sparkling Kleen this week to do a "Move Out" cleaning. They were invaluable on several different levels: 1. Responsiveness - they got right back to us with availability. We were on a VERY tight timeline (house going to be listed in 5 days) and Hernan was able to move schedules around so the cleaning team could be there in two days. 2. Communication - Hernan stayed in touch throughout the process with scheduling finalization, ETA for the team's arrival and ETA of when the team would be finished. 3. The cleaning team who came to the house did an incredible job in a short period of time. 2,000 sq ft home that had to be cleaned from top to bottom and THEY DID IT. I was moving into a new rental house and it needed a decent scrub down. It looked good at first glance but now that I'm moved into the house it's a service clean at best. I requested a deep clean as per their ad they move appliances, and really scrub it down. That's not what I'm finding here. I've found food between the fridge and counter. The last tenants hair in the bathroom, windows are not clean. It looks like someone took a wet rag and wiped them rather than clean them. We are so impressed with Sparkling Kleen! Hernan was quick to respond to our inquiry on Yelp and to set an appointment time for a moving-out deep cleaning of our 2700 square foot home. When a crew of three women arrived right on time I thought I should take them on a walk-around to explain areas in need of extra attention before we headed out on errands. "We will do everything," I was assured. The three women started working before we were out the door. Several hours later we returned, and the crew was still working hard. After another half hour we saw that they did indeed do everything: windows, valances, blinds, doors, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, light fixtures, cupboards, drawers, shelves, closets... our home had never before been so carefully cleaned! As they were finishing, Hernan arrived, easygoing despite a long day of work, to clean two large areas of carpet. After that was accomplished he vacuumed all carpeted areas. The cleaned sections and the vaccumed areas blended beautifully together. Hernan had quoted us a price. Due to extra carpet cleaning we had assumed the cost would be higher. Not so. My wife and I own several investment properties in Federal Way and Sacramento. We needed a company to do a "Move Out Cleaning" on a condo unit of ours in Federal Way. On the scheduled day of service the cleaning team arrived and spent 4 1/2 hours cleaning the unit. Because we are based in Sacramento we were not able to inspect the condo firsthand. We received specific feedback from property agents that several areas in the condo needed additional housekeeping attention. No problem. I figured since Hernan was so responsive before & during the job I would receive similar level of customer service after. Sent Hernan a text on feedback I had received and asked "him" to visit the unit to verify firsthand his assessment of housekeeping performance of his Team. Yes, the service has received payment. Payment is not at issue. All parties were professional in every way before and during the job, so no previous hurt feelings. My only conclusion is "don't question job performance" because customer service only exist beforehand and not once a job is completed. Please understand my first "ask" was to have Hernan simply visit the site firsthand and make his own assessment. I did not demand he send a Team. My feelings were if comments were accurate Hernan would see it himself and make the appropriate decision. I guess I was wrong. On 4th day my text was acknowledged by Hernan. Asking that pictures be taken and provided to him for verification. No doubt Owner/Manager Hernan will follow up with a version that clouds the above more. Remember, I only asked that he stop by location in Federal Way and view firsthand with his own eyes and then act accordingly.
