It was a very difficult one for the cleaner as I no longer have my dog and all the dog hair in every nook and cranny needed to be cleaned up. I was in the process of getting my house ready for rental. Scouted around and decided to go with this company. Super responsive with everything I asked, and when the cleaners came by, it took the same amount of time as my quote to finish the cleaning. There was a hiccup in the event, and the cleaners didn't have the right tools for the oven. Which was my main concern. They did what they could with what they had, but I was not pleased with the result. When Vita reached out to see how it went, I told her I was happy with everything except the oven. Without hesitation, she asked me if I wanted them to come back to finish the job. I was super pleased and excited that this was how she ran this company. They came back and went to town on the oven! I was scared it was going to be awkward since it was the same cleaner as the first time. But NOPE! She was super friendly and went above and beyond what I had expected. We asked for a move out cleaning service, and received less of a result than what was quoted or what we paid for. I communicated clearly with the team on site as well as with Vita and my expectations were not met. I was very clear with my concerns during the service and my concerns were not acknowledged or addressed appropriately. I provided photos as well as inspection feedback to the on-site team as well as with Vita and my feedback was brushed off. There were several places in the home that were not cleaned because the on-site team did not have the appropriate cleaning solutions or equipment. The on-site team some areas needed cleaning and I ended up having to clean it myself in front of the team. I identified areas in and around the sinks that needed attention, and the team did not take care of those areas. my biggest problem with this service was identifying issues to Vita and not having my concerns appropriately addressed or resolved. I was offered a discount due to the team being almost an hour late. It would have been appropriate for an additional discount for the team not cleaning the areas I discussed on inspection or addressing my concerns with Vita. I would recommend this business for casual cleaning unless they improved the attention to detail and resources used by the team, then the cleaning team would be better suited for more detailed jobs. I think there is room to grow regarding customer service, communicating effectively and addressing needs and concerns by management. read more

The way they cleverly organized things definitely improved the overall appearance of the place compared to how I originally intended for things to be placed. Bonus points for using pet-friendly products as well! My only callout is that the vacuum used was either not strong enough to collect all the pet hair off the carpet or there was too heavy of a layer that a single pass wasn't enough.
