My insurance changed and I received a bill for $600 toward a deductible which should not apply! After a number of phone calls to the imaging center and my Dr it was clear the imagining center conveniently changed the procedure code so it was listed as diagnostic and not preventative so they could charge me and my insurance a ridiculous amount of money. I also called to see what the procedure would cost as self pay and it was 25% of the total I am being billed. The staff is unprofessional at the Wayne location and the billing department is clearly unethical which is billed through Imagecare at Denville. I am disputing the bill. Seriously unethical business practices.

When she explained that she doesn't speak Spanish, the receptionist asked her to wait while she prints the English forms. The MRIs requested were one standard and one with contrast. The technician could not locate an artery to inject contrast. He asked the radiologist to help but he appeared to a have a visual imparement and was unless for the task. They were only able to complete the standard MRI and I will have to go elsewhere for contrast. Lost confidence in this location.

An example of Dr. Shraytman's professionalism is when he kept prescribing for YEARS that I take medicine for my Gerd only to find out you should never take it more than a few weeks! Before he left he mention to me that I will be seen by another physician. The replacement of the Spine Surgeon was a Physician Assistant (PA). That Physician Assistant who saw me was absolutely unprofessional, rude and sarcastic. I will never forget his name, Daniel PA at Oasis-Brooklyn Office. This man practice the lowest level of health care and ethical standard. He shows no respect to patient, poor assestment and do not review health records from the my previous Spine Md. Today, which was the second time that he saw me, cale late again.Daniel displaced his anger to the person who assigned pts to exam room. Daniel shows his anger by rushing us to go to the room and as soon as he gets in to the exam room telling me to remove my jacket without even expalining to me what he will do. Unaaceptable behavior and rudenes by telling me your the patient and I am the Physician, which was a lie. He is Physician Assistant. He is telling me how come I dont listen like the other patient that he just saw before me. Oopps, totally wrong, you cannot discuss nor share to me what you just did to other patient. HIPPA violation. Discussing to me he will do an MRI. Another red flag ! I already have an MRI and it is on my file. Overall, unsafe practice for Daniel (Physician Assistant) to be seeing patients. Healthcare is about knowing your patient and safely treat them. Doumentation is another thing but kindly know your patient before going to the exam room. No eye contact to patient which tells me alot of things. Unprofessional and rude. Healthcare has already improved. Do not come to work and tell the Patient, you are the patient and you must do what I say. We are better than that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Daniel (Physician Assistant) and Oasis is accomodating his attitude and unsafe practice. Staff were intimidated when he comes in. This does not exist anymore in healthcare. We the patient have the rights to ask questions and demand explanations, we need to know right treatment. We are own self's advocate.
