I was treated with respect and they were very responsive. They listened to what we wanted to have done (oddly enough, most of the other places didn't!). And they did everything exactly the way we wanted. They finished faster than they said they would have it done and they were $900 less than other places we went to. (Probably because they actually listened to what we wanted!) They tried to problem solve and think through things instead of jumping to the easiest solution. We walked away feeling very confident that we were dealing with professionals and experts in their field. Customer service was excellent! We really enjoyed working with them and will be back if we have any other needs! We are very pleased with the work they did!

Their website was what caught my eye and the quick responses to emails helped me decide they might be worth the 1.5 hour drive to get to them....and I'm glad I followed my instincts. We have a motor home that was equipped without an extremely outdated audio system. When I asked Shaun about what I might need, he was extremely knowledgeable, without trying to sell me something I didn't need. Long story short, we now have Car Play (Apple Play) with a great 11" touch screen that is MUCH easier to use and is much more functional. All in under 2 hours. Couldn't be happier.

The appointment was set for a week later and estimated to take 4 hours. We dropped the car off on Friday morning, and they called 4.5 hours later saying it was ready. When we arrived at 2 PM, it wasn't. The unit turned off with the ignition. After another 3-hour wait, they fixed it by correcting the fuse connection. However, the lens was installed upside down, showing the unit wasn't quality checked. By 4 PM, I took the car with the condition of testing it. An hour later, I called back--the rear camera's view was obstructed by defroster and antenna lines, and the side views only showed the cab. They agreed to move the rear camera outside, but this caused another problem: the gridlines during reverse were a foot off, making parking inaccurate. In the end, I was left with a unit that didn't cover blind spots or back up properly. The $600 dashcam wasn't suitable for my car and shouldn't have been recommended. It seemed they only offered this unit without considering its compatibility with my vehicle. I was told if I wanted those features, I needed to pay for the $1300 version. Their next appt. to remove the device was made 2 weeks out. At that time they refunded the mirror, but not the $400 labor. I cannot in good faith recommend their expertise regarding the products they sell, the labor quality or the salesman tactics of this establishment. Their level of professionalism only lies within their current structure - anything outside the box just "costs more".

I stumbled upon this small shop off HWY 70 in Clayton and figured I'd give it a shot. I stop by and walk on in, Nasser greets me with a warm welcoming. I go over my problem and asks if he can help. We went over some different options and came to an awesome personal solution. We ended up going with a new Kenwood Radio. He also recommended I change out my speakers to a three way system (which I had zero clue what that was until he broke it down) and a sub to get a full experience. I told him it sounds great but what's his availability. He had 1 car lined up but said if I gave him to the end of the day he'll have it all set and ready to go. I went out to lunch with my fiancé and ran some errands (there's a cute little country store right next door that's worth a stop). Got a call around 4:30 that everything was done and the car was ready to go. I swung by, paid and picked up the car. Overall, was a pleasant, easy going, and smooth service. I would recommend to anyone looking to get a new system for their ride.

The guys at Davenport spent their own time working with the camera company's phone support. At each step they came out to me and explained the updated situation. When there was a "we could install it *this* way or *that* way" they came put, explained the pros of each choice, then let me decide. In all it took three trips to get the whole camera system installed - NOT because of anything Davenport did wrong. And to their credit they were great and friendly each time.
