Why advertise 6 AM-1 AM when you clearly open whenever someone feels like showing up? I arrived at 7:10 AM and the store was still locked and closed. This isn't my first time either trying to come early with it locked up and dark during supposed business hours. Today I almost made myself late for work waiting, and I wasn't the only customer outside. I even asked the dispensary next door what time you normally open, and their response was basically, "Whenever an employee shows up". Maybe hire reliable employees or change your hours to "We open whenever we feel like it." read more

Came in looking for a usb vape charging, they didn't have one in their selection BUT they had very good priced yocan batteries that always come with chargers. It's always good to have a backup vape battery. And also got a nic vape while there, lots of flavors to choose from. On top of all that good stuff, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this smoke shop if in the area and in need of anything smoke related. Oh yea and don't forget to check out their "specialty" wall, you can't miss it. Won't say anymore but it's definitely something worth seeing lol. Thank you High Point staff!!! read more

0 RATING!!! Disappointment is an understatement!!! Hours listed are 7am-1am This is the 3rd time in the last month and a half that I drove 13 MILES out of my way on a path that is the opposite Direction trying to catch this place open. just to always find them closed. today I drove by again. CLOSED! Lost a good customer today. I will NOT return. This place is a joke and seems like the employees are never on time or maybe it's the owner who runs it. 25 minutes out of my way for the 3rd time is why I'm leaving this review. NO ONE SHOULD WASTE THEIR TIME STOPPING BY IF ITS BEFORE 8am. opening hours should say "when it's convenient for them". read more

They charged extra nicotine tax for flavor . On vape juice. When it should be only charged on ecigs. Wasn't told prior to purchase really misleading. And when it talked to the manager about it. He pulled up on google and itstated only on ecigs not vape juice. Did not credit back to me the tax he charged which was 12.5% on top of the sales. Stay away alot of better shops out there. read more

Came in for my first hookah. Kayro (excuse me if misspelled) helped me out. He Brought it down for a closer look even when I wasn't sure I was gonna buy it. I asked for some advice on overall use. He packaged everything nicely and in a durable bag. Right before leaving I asked for that advice. He was kinda and unpackaged and rewrapped some parts to make sure I understood. Friendly guy too. I was traveling towards Vegas and wanted to stop by Stiizzy for some herb. I searched the…read moredispensaries near me via Weedmaps and Stizzy came up- they have great herb. I submitted an order via Weedmaps offered a 30% off for first time customers which I claimed- email clearly shows "present to store for discount" however the rude gentleman who was "assisting me" was very dry. Normally people who work at dispensaries are extremely friendly but this was not the case! We asked where their disposable pens were he pointed across the store and said "over there" lol- he just wasn't trying at all. I walked over and I choose the one I wanted he asked if I needed anything else I said no but I do have an online order. He walks back to the register and showed me the item to confirm this is what I had ordered I confirmed he proceeded to ring me up. I realized I did not see the discount so I asked he said "can I see the email" I showed him he said "no that's not it" there should be a promo code - at this point I was extremely annoyed cause of how rude and dry he was. He was not willing to make an exception. When a customer checks in it will clearly show if you've visited before or not so he could have honored the promo that's what brought us in as a first time customer at this location. He then says it takes 24hrs sometimes 48 hrs- no where in the email does it say this sounded like he was making up his own rules at this point. I was only passing by so I said " it's fine, I'll pay the full amount" I paid the full amount whatever I wanted to get out of there- the worst experience I have ever seen at a dispensary. My email attached clearly indicates all I needed to do was present this very email- see for yourself on the image so don't back down on it! I should have asked for the manager because their partnership with Weedmaps is where consumers normally find dispensaries nearby to drive traffic for business, but it is unfortunate when you run into employees such as this guy. He must have been having a bad, hope he's well.
