I was traveling towards Vegas and wanted to stop by Stiizzy for some herb. I searched the…read moredispensaries near me via Weedmaps and Stizzy came up- they have great herb. I submitted an order via Weedmaps offered a 30% off for first time customers which I claimed- email clearly shows "present to store for discount" however the rude gentleman who was "assisting me" was very dry. Normally people who work at dispensaries are extremely friendly but this was not the case! We asked where their disposable pens were he pointed across the store and said "over there" lol- he just wasn't trying at all. I walked over and I choose the one I wanted he asked if I needed anything else I said no but I do have an online order. He walks back to the register and showed me the item to confirm this is what I had ordered I confirmed he proceeded to ring me up. I realized I did not see the discount so I asked he said "can I see the email" I showed him he said "no that's not it" there should be a promo code - at this point I was extremely annoyed cause of how rude and dry he was. He was not willing to make an exception. When a customer checks in it will clearly show if you've visited before or not so he could have honored the promo that's what brought us in as a first time customer at this location. He then says it takes 24hrs sometimes 48 hrs- no where in the email does it say this sounded like he was making up his own rules at this point. I was only passing by so I said " it's fine, I'll pay the full amount" I paid the full amount whatever I wanted to get out of there- the worst experience I have ever seen at a dispensary. My email attached clearly indicates all I needed to do was present this very email- see for yourself on the image so don't back down on it! I should have asked for the manager because their partnership with Weedmaps is where consumers normally find dispensaries nearby to drive traffic for business, but it is unfortunate when you run into employees such as this guy. He must have been having a bad, hope he's well.

Long story, three phone calls to them last night, which gave us no solution ,and the Customer service was deplorable, they deserve Zero stars. Also, they blamed everybody for the mixup including the Weedmaps application. I called this morning at 11:30 AM, talked to a different manager, who was Absolutely Lovely. They immediately wanted to rectify the situation, and absolutely did , Five Stars for the dayshift ,will I use them again, not sure. But if I ever do, I will definitely make sure, I only use the team underneath the Day Manager. And the delivery driver for today, was Wonderful.

Everyone else had now closed As a matter of fact, I believe instead of a fitting apology and delivery at daybreak!... (just kidding) I could see this becoming a punishment to me for being really dissapointed. I was a local shop owner...if we had treated our community like this...we would have really felt bad and certainly the economic impact would suck. There just wasn't a single bit of concern or care. They tell you one hour delivery , the 2 hours later u have to call to get update when they say delivery guys is around the corner.. then over an hour later delivery guy calls saying he is 30-40 out! this has happen multi times with med guys and when delivery is as discribed the product sub par, dry, etc. We asked for some kind of discount for the incovenice of having to change our plans to wait extra 3+ hours more than time given.
