I was traveling towards Vegas and wanted to stop by Stiizzy for some herb. I searched the dispensaries near me via Weedmaps and Stizzy came up- they have great herb. I submitted an order via Weedmaps offered a 30% off for first time customers which I claimed- email clearly shows "present to store for discount" however the rude gentleman who was "assisting me" was very dry. Normally people who work at dispensaries are extremely friendly but this was not the case! We asked where their disposable pens were he pointed across the store and said "over there" lol- he just wasn't trying at all. I walked over and I choose the one I wanted he asked if I needed anything else I said no but I do have an online order. He walks back to the register and showed me the item to confirm this is what I had ordered I confirmed he proceeded to ring me up. I realized I did not see the discount so I asked he said "can I see the email" I showed him he said "no that's not it" there should be a promo code - at this point I was extremely annoyed cause of how rude and dry he was. He was not willing to make an exception. When a customer checks in it will clearly show if you've visited before or not so he could have honored the promo that's what brought us in as a first time customer at this location. He then says it takes 24hrs sometimes 48 hrs- no where in the email does it say this sounded like he was making up his own rules at this point. I was only passing by so I said " it's fine, I'll pay the full amount" I paid the full amount whatever I wanted to get out of there- the worst experience I have ever seen at a dispensary. My email attached clearly indicates all I needed to do was present this very email- see for yourself on the image so don't back down on it! I should have asked for the manager because their partnership with Weedmaps is where consumers normally find dispensaries nearby to drive traffic for business, but it is unfortunate when you run into employees such as this guy. He must have been having a bad, hope he's well. read more

I would suggest you have people who are there to help you, not shove products you don't want down your throat. Ask to check products before purchase do not trust that the budtender is actually reading what's on the box. I just went into the store to buy a honey peaches rosin from bear labs it shows as still available on weed maps. The associate lets me know they were out of that flavor and brought two replacements strains the we all know I can't touch the product before purchase so since I ordinary asked for a rosin I thought she would bring me a different rosin strain to choose from . She brought out a live resin which unless you know bear labs you cannot see the difference between especially from across the cash register. Regardless if a customer is looking for rosin you bring out rosin options or let them know only live resin is available the manager did nothing to rectify the situation . The budtender brought me the wrong product and instead of rectifying the situation they blame the customer my loyalty points will show I only purchase rosin nothing more from this store ridiculous and wrong Update as you can see they told me reach out to customer support they waiting 2 in a half weeks to contact me back and said if you bring the product back in the original container we can refund it even thought when I tried to exchange the product two minutes after finding out it was not what I asked for I was turned away and told " we don't exchange products " Looking forward to trying different dispensary in the area that actually care about their customer and ensuring they get what they ASK and pay for belive the negative reviews let's all as a people stop allowing these shops to treat us any kind of way the products we purchase are much needed some for therapeutic others for chronic pain but regardless give the customer what they requested and treat them like they matter especially after your staff makes a mistakes read more

Can we get a new button on here for zero stars? I just left that place and couldn't get any kind of battery warranty because the manager wasn't there. What kind of shit is that you drive for 40 minutes and they can't even take care of you I won't be going back. everybody should take heat to do not shop at the store their warranties are shit. For the culture ! I love stiiizy, 4 year relationship growing strong on my love for their pods. This location loses a star because I feel like the lack of personality from the workers could be a bit better. I can't seem to catch a vibe with anyone no matter what day of the week I visit. I'm traveling from Vegas when I get to stop by so it's not all the time I get to pop in, but I have yet to make a genuine connection, Which isn't necessarily needed, but I do expect a bud tender to be a bit personable and friendly. The other reason is because it seems this location has OG pods to choose from. Which hit perfectly fine. BEST PLACE FOR CANNABIS IN BARSTOW SO FAR! Everytime i go i feel so welcomed. Julianne helped me out when i went and she helped me make up my mind. I love that the budtenders are educated on the strains. I definitely RECOMMEND Bud connoisseurs to come here because it's not overpriced like quality life. I will definitely continue to be a LOYAL customer here because I can always find something in whatever price range i have at the time. I also Love the new Display setup for the stiiizy colored packs. It makes it easier to see what's available. I feel that this store is going to continue to do great. If I could give lower I would. Was a previous customer and was super happy, i called before making the drive all the way from Las Vegas where dispensarys are everywhere. But since previous trip was so goo i went back. I was given wrong information ibwas told after driving all that way and would not honor what i was told even though between 3 people, we were dropping a good 1200 into this store. They told me to email corporate which i did. 3 emails and almost a month later still no response. For the amount of money I dropped in this store and the drive I made just to give them my business, what I was told should have been honored. Very disappointed.
