I was hoping to get a short massage of my calves and feet along with getting my toes done. It was the shortest I've ever had, 3 minutes to be exact. The whole experience from the time I walked in the door from the time I was walking out the door (drying time 12 minutes) was 55 min. The Salon is located in downtown Roseburg and is really nice inside, very tasteful, great vibe. It was a bank so there is a vault that you go into when they rinse your hair . Sarah was super friendly and right from the start I felt super comfortable. She asked me what I wanted with my hair, and gave her opinion and expert advice and went to work and my hair turned out beautiful! When I left I sat and cried in my car for 30 minutes after. I kept coming back regardless of the fact that sometimes it took the nail tech 4 hours to do a fill on me, but I was always patient and kind - even when 2 days after I got my nails done 2 or 3 would lift all the way off I wouldn't complain. I get that your client being 10 minutes late can be annoying (Which was my first time being late and I did let them know ahead of time), but it gives you no right to call them a "extremely rude person" because you have a "business to run and you'll be cutting into someone elses time." Just because you can tell your client to screw off, doesn't mean you should, especially since I was always a patient and loyal customer even when I have had to sit there for 4 hours for a fill and then have my nails break/lift off 3 days later. It was just very disappointing and not a good look for your business.
